Fort Manoel ist eine Sternenfestung auf der Insel Manoel in Gżira, Malta. Es wurde im 18. Jahrhundert vom Johanniterorden während der Herrschaft des Großmeisters António Manoel de Vilhena erbaut, nach dem es benannt ist. Fort Manoel liegt nordwestlich von Valletta und beherrscht den Hafen von Marsamxett und den Ankerplatz von Sliema Creek. Die Festung ist ein Beispiel barocker Architektur und wurde unter Berücksichtigung von Funktionalität und Ästhetik entworfen.
Fort Saint Elmo (maltesisch: Forti Sant'Iermu) ist eine Sternenfestung in Valletta, Malta. Es steht an der seewärtigen Küste der Sciberras-Halbinsel, die Marsamxett Harbour von Grand Harbour trennt, und beherrscht die Eingänge zu beiden Häfen zusammen mit Fort Tigné und Fort Ricasoli. Fort St. Angelo ist eine bastionierte Festung in Birgu, Malta, die sich im Zentrum des Grand Harbour befindet. Es wurde ursprünglich im Mittelalter als Burg namens Castrum Maris erbaut. Das Esplora Interactive Science Centre in Bighi ist Maltas neueste Besucherattraktion, die am 28. Oktober 2016 offiziell eröffnet wurde. Passagiere können in Esplora anhalten und die nächste Hafenrundfahrt nehmen oder mit unserem Doppeldeckerbus mit offenem Oberdeck auf die Südbuslinie einsteigen oder einfach nur erkunden die drei Städte
Vittoriosa, Senglea und Cospicua, bekannt als die drei Städte Maltas, sind Stücke lebendiger Geschichte, die durch Jahrhunderte der Erhaltung und gelegentlichen Wundern am Leben erhalten wurden. Die Hafenmündung ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet und wird im Norden von Saint Elmo Point begrenzt und weiter von einem isolierten Wellenbrecher geschützt und wird im Süden von Ricasoli Point begrenzt. Sein Nordwestufer wird von der Halbinsel Sciberras gebildet, die größtenteils von der Stadt Valletta und ihrem Vorort Floriana bedeckt ist. Diese Halbinsel trennt auch Grand Harbour von einem zweiten parallelen natürlichen Hafen, Marsamxett Harbour. Die Hauptwasserstraße von Grand Harbour führt landeinwärts bis fast nach Marsa. Das südöstliche Ufer des Hafens wird von einer Reihe von Buchten und Landzungen gebildet, hauptsächlich Rinella Creek, Kalkara Creek, Dockyard Creek und French Creek, die von Kalkara und den drei Städten bedeckt sind: Cospicua, Vittoriosa und Senglea. Der Hafen wurde als Maltas größter geografischer Vorteil beschrieben.

We purchased tickets from one of the counters near the actual cruise itself, which was scheduled to depart at 12:30 p.m. As a family with children we boarded the ship at the scheduled time. There were only our family and two other passengers on board. At approximately 12:30 p.m., we were informed that the cruise had been cancelled because there were not enough passengers. We were told that we could return for the next cruise, which I understand was scheduled for around 2:45 p.m. We would have been happy to do this and continue with our plans. Unfortunately, the way the cancellation was communicated to us completely changed our decision. The member of staff who informed us was extremely abrupt and rude. When we asked why the cruise was being cancelled, we were simply told that the cruise was cancelled due to not enough people and that we needed to get off the ship. There was no apology, proper explanation, or attempt to assist us in a polite and professional manner. I appreciate that cancellations can happen, particularly when there are not enough passengers. However, the way a situation like this is handled makes a significant difference to a customer's experience. In this case, the member of staff's attitude was so unpleasant that, although we would otherwise have taken the 2:45 p.m. cruise, we decided not to use this service again and instead made alternative arrangements with another cruise company. As this member of staff was representing I See Malta, I believe this matter should be taken seriously and that the team would benefit from additional customer service training. I wrote a email of complaint to the customer service team and within this I also asked for a full refund for the tickets we purchased. It is disappointing, as we would have been happy to continue using this service if the situation been handled with a little more courtesy and professionalism. We got a response from Mostafa, who I can see has responded to a number of 1 star reviews on trip advisor. Mostafa’s email response only focused on acknowledging the refund and he took no time to look at or even acknowledge the issue of how the staff communicated to us. Still awaiting to hear back and also get a refund.
Very relaxing and informative 90 minute cruise round the harbours. Great to see the beautiful buildings from the water
This is the 3 harbours cruise with Luzzu. Wonderful cruise and excellent commentary. A must!

Great experience. Good explanations by guide. Good ac & seating and view. But need to clarify departure time options in advance. Also boarding ramp unsteady for handicapped.

One of the worst tours we have done in a tourist destination. This was sold as the 3 cities tour but there was barely any commentary during the boat trip and what we did get want very informative with minimal information about the 3 cities. It felt like the tour was being dragged out and didn't celebrate the beauty or history of the location. This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip but it was so dull we were relieved when it was over.

We got off to a bad start here as we assumed the trip was leaving from Valletta. However , after finding the Sliema ferry terminal we found out that we had to get the ferry over to sliema which cut our visit to Valletta short. The boat trip was very enjoyable - once we found it!! When we booked the trip we were offered an option to disembark at the three cities but this was not offered when we were on the boat.

This trip was very good value for money. The guide was very informative & the boat very clean. A good way to see Valletta
We booked the tour direct with I See Malta operator in St Juliens Bay for a dept within the hour, and took the I See Malta Bus to meet the Boat. On arrival at Harbour (only 30 mins after buying the ticket) the boat trip was cancelled due to bad weather. The ticket sales person we bought from would not refund. I have e mailed I see Malta Cust Serv and provided bank details to them (as requested) and 21 days later (3 e mails later) I am still awaitng a refund. The customer service team have not bothered to respond to any e mails since receiving my bank details. I have seen other complaints here regarding refunds also and I beleive they need to get their act together!!! I am a travel agent who books customers to Malta regularly, I will telling them NOT to book ANYTHING with I see Malta ON THE iSLAND OR BEFOREHAND.
