Der Titicacasee liegt zwischen Peru und Bolivien. Es ist der höchstgelegene schiffbare See der Welt, Sie werden ihn umrunden.
Wir holen Sie zwischen 06:45 und 07:00 Uhr von Ihrem Hotel im historischen Zentrum von Puno ab. Bevor wir das Motorboot zur Insel Uros besteigen, machen wir einen kurzen Halt am Dock, wo Sie Snacks und Mineralwasser kaufen können. Einmal auf dem Boot. Unser Reiseleiter stellt sich und den Bootskapitän vor, bevor er Ihnen einen Überblick über die Reiseroute am Titicacasee gibt. Unser erster Stopp werden die schwimmenden Inseln von Uros sein. Während der Fahrt können Sie Rohrkolbenpflanzen im See wachsen sehen. Wenn das Boot anlegt, zeigt der Inselhäuptling, wie die Inseln aus Schilf gebaut werden, und spricht ein paar Worte auf Aymara. Die Einheimischen sind für ihr Kunsthandwerk bekannt, das Sie erwerben können. Anschließend haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit einem Schilfboot (15 Soles) zur Hauptinsel Uros zu segeln und Ihren Reisepass als Andenken zu stempeln. Von hier aus beginnen wir unsere Bootsfahrt zu den Taquile-Inseln. Sie können zum Oberdeck des Bootes gehen und Fotos von den schwimmenden Inseln machen.
Auf dem Titicacasee liegt die Insel Taquile, auf der die Dorfbewohner eine florierende Kunsthandwerksindustrie geschaffen haben, die von den Männern der Gemeinde hergestellt wird. Taquile ist die Heimat einer Quechua-Bevölkerung von 2.000 Menschen, die hauptsächlich Bauern, Fischer und renommierte Weber sind. Im Gegensatz zur traditionellen Auffassung, dass das Weben eine Aufgabe der Frauen ist, sind es in Taquile Männer, die einen Großteil der heiklen Fadenarbeit erledigen. Darüber hinaus laden sie uns ein, ihre typischen Tänze mit den Dorfbewohnern zu sehen und zu tanzen. Anschließend wandern wir weiter, um in einem örtlichen Restaurant zu Mittag zu essen. Nach dem Mittagessen, gegen 14:30 Uhr, besteigen Sie das Boot zurück nach Puno. Gegen 16:30 Uhr legt das Boot am Pier von Puno an, wo wir Sie abholen und zu Ihrem Hotel im historischen Zentrum der Stadt zurückbringen.

This tour was a great way to experience the wonderful sights of Lake Titicaca, especially from Taquile. Seeing the floating islands and hearing the presentation those living there gave about their lives was also very cool. However, note that the tour boat's bathrooms are not the best, and that the included lunch, while good, did not have a large range of options.
Well organized tour. Giovanni was an excellent guide who explained all very well. The Uros Islands presentation and visit was informative. The Taquile Island visit was amazing and lunch was very good. The toilet in the fast boat was very basic but at least there was a toilet!
Beautiful discovery of the Uros islands, the inhabitants, and their way of life. A bit disappointed by the visit to Taquile. A lot of boat time for a brief crossing of the island.

Nice tour, a bit difficult for the climb of Taquile. Altitude 4000m and very steep path. Always too many things to stall in a day, we do more transport than visit. Our guide Giovani was very pleasant and attentive.
It was a unique experience, the food, the places we visited, the knowledge about the uses and customs of the local people, the demonstrations of the looms, the dances, made our day an unforgettable experience, our guide Samuel has in great knowledge of the local customs as well as a wide command of different languages which made the visit very pleasurable, I would take the tour again with this excellent company and with your guide Samuel

Today I had the chance to visit the Uros floating islands and Taquile Island, and it was a lovely experience. The first part of the tour was nice, but the real highlight for me was definitely Taquile—the scenery there is beautiful. Of course, as is typical with these tours, they do try to push you to spend a bit of extra money here and there, but the tour is excellent value for money and the quality was more than satisfying for what we paid. The guide was incredibly kind and helpful, and the lunch was delicious. It’s a well-paced day trip, not too long, and overall definitely worth doing!
