The famous Kecak Dance of Uluwatu has an incredible setting, but the experience fell short of expectations. For those who don't know the history, it is very difficult to understand the show — a brief initial explanation would be much more useful than the leaflets handed out. The worst happened at the end: it started raining torrentially and, despite the weather forecast, there was not enough preparation. The public had to flee quickly, without practically any guidance or coordination from the staff. For the price of the ticket, I expected a much better organized and prepared experience for these situations. It's worth it for the scenery, but it ended up being expensive for the experience provided.

We are sorry to hear that the dance at Uluwatu not matched to your expectation. everyday over 2 thousand people see the dance at Uluwatu temple. when you get the tickets the staff of the dance usually give a telling story paper about the dance to all visitors in multiple language. I am sure you had one. and the dance is performed and the open stage where all audience can watch the dance with the background of amazing sunset behind the stage where all people can enjoy that. and most people enjoy this atmosphere. if there is a rain of course that will be a bit problem for the audience. I am sorry if this one as your problem and out of your expectation, but all people who watch the dance will be experienced the same thing.
