We bought for this page... a 12 kilometer bike tour and visit to 3 wineries... they did not comply with this. We felt scammed because it was a 1 kilometer bike tour visiting only a winery...tipadvisor veto it definitely understood that its rates are doubled with respect to the operator
Subject: Cost discrepancy reimbursement request and tour modification Dear TripAdvisor team, I hope this message will work for you. I am contacting you to express my disagreement with a recent booking made through your platform. On the [date of booking], I booked a wine tour in Mendoza for a local cost of $150. However, at the time of payment, I was charged a total of $550, representing a considerable and unjustified difference. Additionally, the reservation includes three people in one instance and four people in another, and the additional cost is $150 per person. In addition, a modification was made to the contracted tour, and the final experience does not correspond to the tour that was initially described. For all of the above, I request a refund of 60% of the difference, i.e. $400, to adjust the cost to the local market value and compensate for the tour modification. I appreciate your attention and look forward to an early resolution.
