I had booked this tour months ago for a trip that I am currently on. The tour was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (Meeting spot was in the city center) and was 5 hours in length. Keep in mind our cruise ship was docked from 8:00-6:00 (back on board at 5:00 and was around 10-15 minutes from the city center so the 10:00 start was just perfect. at 10:25 p.m. the night before the tour (which was after I went to sleep and I didn't see until the morning of the tour) I received a message stating they were adjusting the start time back to 11:30 a.m. which meant it would be scheduled to end at 4:30 p.m. (the last shuttle from the city center to the ship was at 4:30 p.m.). For me this was way too tight so sent a note to cancel me out and how disappointed this was to make this change in reality the day of the tour. To me this is very unprofessional. The cruise time never changed and the ship was on schedule. I didn't hear back from them about me cancelling until the next day where they told me the change was made to accommodate guests on the same cruise ship. This makes no sense as there was no issue with our guests getting to the meeting time at 10:00 a.m and this change meant that if one thing went wrong we would be late getting back to the ship. Poor communication and be careful of them changing things at the last minute. We had to scramble to find another tour that morning we were there.

It was a wonderful trip! We spontaneously booked a trip with Hello Tromsø today. Kirstin, our guide, and Omar, our bus driver, safely took us to the most beautiful places in Tromsø and the surrounding area. The bus was super clean and comfortable. Kirstin showed and explained all the sights to us during the bus ride. She was very well prepared, totally engaged, and with her knowledge, cheerful and open-minded nature, and her love for Tromsø, she inspired all of us. The tour lasted about 5 hours. We stopped at several stations where Kirstin always told us something about the surroundings and nature. Our destination was Sommarøy. Totally beautiful! Here we were provided with delicious snacks and drinks. We had enough time for a few great photos, a shared meal, and a little beach walk. Kirstin took great care of us! At our request, she took photos of us with her camera, which she sent to us via email on the same day. This trip was amazing! Everything was really perfect here. What a beautiful tour it was....Kirstin was incredible...everything to make sure that all the clients were happy, confortable....Great views, nice lunch on a beautiful beach and to top this, beautiful pictures taken in each stop....Thank you for the very nice day we had in Tromso!

My trip to Tromsø was honestly one of those experiences that just sticks with you. This tour was fantastic. It never felt rushed or overly structured, just the right mix of exploring and enjoying the moment. Our guide was incredibly friendly, energetic, and genuinely helpful the entire time, which made a big difference in the overall experience. You could tell she really cared about making sure everyone was having a great time. She also shared interesting insights along the way, including knowing when and where good places to take the best photos!!! We even got to see an old abandoned WWII bunker, which was such a unique and memorable stop. Already booking my next visit to Tromsø and I am DEFINITELY taking another tour with them!!!
The guide, Kirsten, was extremely nice and positive. She was very knowledgeable and interesting. We stopped at several stunning sites.
It all worked out great: Punctual departure directly from the hotel, a very good travel companion with lots of interesting information through Kirstin, also in German;-). All stops were well chosen and coordinated with the travelers. Especially the island of Sommaroy with its beaches was fascinating. There was also a small snack here. We highly recommend the tour.
A beautiful excursion at a more than reasonable price, especially considering the very high cost of activities in Tromsø. Kirstin was a fantastic guide, she took great pictures (downloadable from the agency website) and on the bus journeys she provided a lot of interesting information. Between wonderful views and great entertainment, the six hours flew by!
