Yesterday we took this tour with KHALEEL. An excellent guide and driver, especially in terms of safety while driving, as navigating narrow hill routes is not easy. And as a guide, even better due to his knowledge of history, recent history, customs, architectural styles, and above all, his perfect British English, which makes it easy to understand English for someone whose native language is Spanish. Remember that, as always, English is spoken in the islands with a strong local accent and mixes of terms unique to the islanders. IN SUMMARY, I RECOMMEND IT, especially doing it with KHALEEL.
This tour was amazing! Khaleel was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable about Trinidad. He knew about and where to get all the great food as well as the great places to Lime!! I would highly recommend this tour!
We had a great time on this day tour with our guides Khaleel and Kenny! The tour started when we were picked up from our hotel at 9 a.m. and ended when they dropped us back off around 2 p.m. Khaleel and Kenny did a fantastic job driving us around to many of the monuments and attractions in Port of Spain, then to Fort George, and finally to Maracas Beach. We learned a lot about the history of Trinidad & Tobago and took plenty of great photos and videos. A big shoutout once again to our guides, Khaleel and Kenny, for the fantastic job they both did! If you’re staying in Port of Spain and looking for a guided day tour of the top attractions in northern Trinidad, definitely consider booking this one. I highly recommend it!
Guide took us to the most popular attractions and was incredibly knowledgeable about the country’s history.
I was so impressed by the quality of this tour and our exceptional guide Junior. He was a real gentleman, very knowledgeable but with a sense of humour, and clearly is passionate about the history and culture of his wonderful country. We drove around downtown Port of Spain, then went to Queen’s Park Savannah with its unique Magnificent Seven Colonial mansions. Then a drive across the island through forest full of birdsong to be blown away by The North Coast and Maracas Beach. Bake and Shark was superb. Thank you, thank you junior for such a fabulous experience.
