Very negative experience!
Unfortunately, more than the tour, what struck me negatively was the behavior of a staff member: a tall, sturdy gentleman with gray hair, who showed himself to be very arrogant and aggressive towards us. I would have expected a professional and respectful attitude, especially considering that this is a tourist service. On the contrary, his manner was rude and unhelpful, leaving us with a terrible impression. A real shame, because such behavior can completely ruin the customer's experience. I hope that management pays more attention to the professionalism and courtesy of the staff.
