It was bad experience. I didn’t have any issues to get text from WhatsApp to let me know who and where should I meet . But not this time . I got personal phone calls which I have to pay extra fee for roaming and couldn’t communicate clearly with driver . I was told that he is here at hotel . So my son and I went to front of hotel, there was a driver waiving towards us so I made a mistake assuming it was our driver . He helped us ti get our luggage’s in his car to airport. I understood it was my mistakes not to get a name of driver . But it was very frustrating to communicate with someone who speak poor English . I don’t expect to get refund but strongly suggested company to instruct drivers to text travelers not call them due to language barriers .
Driver showed up early and assisted with luggage. Safe driver and courteous. Assisted with luggage after arrival at the airport. Great experience.

Driver was on time and very friendly. He let me know when he arrived at the meeting point, loaded up the luggage and off we went. Very good experience!

Driver was early for the pickup and drove efficiently to the airport despite a disabled car on the freeway causing significant delays and traffic backup.
