Disembarking ship after a cruise is typically an early morning, somewhat frantic activity all by itself. Knowing that the Viator airport transfer, in a foreign country no less, will be a non-issue is a huge relief. For one, this is taxi service and it is a 4 door sedan. I reminded them repeatedly that I have four luggages and they send me a taxi sedan. Good thing I did not fill up one of my luggages otherwise we will not fit in the car. Totally disapppointing!
