Our trip with Josef was truly exceptional and he has our highest recommendation. From start to finish, the experience was above and beyond our wildest expectations. We booked this transfer on a day when it snowed a lot! We were unable to make our planned stop in Hallstatt due to the conditions of the road. Our driver was lovely, kept up a great attitude and did his best with the tough weather - he got us all safely to Salzburg which is the most important thing! But - obviously we were disappointed that the day did not go as planned and we spent much longer traveling in the car than we had hoped. We received great customer service and they really tried to pivot to salvage the day. So- I'd recommend this only during milder weather months - if you are booking in the winter keep on eye on the forecast and if don't try it if heavy snow is expected.

Everything was perfect!!! Martin got us at the hotel and the trip to Salzburg stoping in Melke was very nice!! We had enough time to visit Melke’s abbey !!

Our driver picked us up on time. It was also a very snowy day in Halstatt but we appreciate that our driver kept us safe and we were able to reach Salzburg without any problem after a quick stop in Halstatt.
