Kunden, die mehr als ein Gepäckstück pro Person mitbringen, müssen im Voraus benachrichtigt werden, um zu prüfen, ob die angegebene Fahrzeuggröße ausreicht oder ob ein größeres Fahrzeug bereitgestellt wird und je nach gewünschter Fahrzeuggröße eine höhere Transfergebühr anfällt. Wenn Kunden ohne vorherige Ankündigung mit mehr als einem Gepäckstück pro Person reisen, können ihnen die Kosten für das zusätzliche Gepäckstück direkt in Rechnung gestellt werden.

Our plane got in early and we got through customs reactively fast so we were worried we would have to wait but the driver was already there to greet us. It was a fast and smooth ride to where we were staying. Highly recommend this transfer company. Great communication. The driver spoke English and was very pleasant and accommodating. Worth to book as the lines for taxis and uber were ridiculous. Our driver was prompt and the process was made so simple for me and my wife to communicate, get picked up, and taken care of. He took our bags and promptly got us on the road. Great driving and very accommodating. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for transport from the airport to their hotel

The transfer from Rome International Airport to our Rome hotel was perfect from beginning to end. Our driver was exactly where the meeting point was and very well presented. The car was immaculate and comfortable and had no issue fitting our two suitcases and two carryon bags in the boot. The trip in was seamless. I highly recommend this company.
