Reliable and straight to the point. Can't compare this private transfer to what it's like to a CTM bus (since we never took one yet), but it was quite nice and convenient to have the driver be able to recommend a few stops on the way (e.g. goat tree, etc.) and coordinate with our hotel/riad to pick up our bags once we got to Marrakech. We also booked through this same team once we landed at RAK to get to Essaouria. Was super nice to get straight to the coastal town after a long flight. The coordinator of this agency was communicative as well. He/she makes sure that everything's in order on the day of via WhatsApp. Highly recommended.
The trip to Essaouira and back was so smooth and comfortable, Hicham was very patient and professional driver and guide. The car was perfectly clean and all in all was one of the best drive/trip we had in a long time.
