Transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, trip of almost an hour. Very punctual and friendly, I recommend them.

Could not find driver on arrival, phone number provided for driver was a general phone number with no one answering, the vehicle had a broken transmission and could not drive the speed limit. The plate number given by SMS did not match the vehicle. The driver was very friendly, but the whole experience extremely unprofessional. No water in the vehicle, driver was speaking to friends and family on bluetooth speaker throughout the journey.

We rented a VIP suburban. Booking included having a driver with a name card at arrival. We got there and no name card and no driver . Had to find local agent to find reservation. Viator had no representation at Punta Cana. Lame, do better please!

it was a little hectic at the ground transportation area at the airport but not at the fault of Way Bus, look for WB on uniforms. JR our driver was very courteous and made our ride to Al Romona DR quickly and fun.

On-time. Clean vehicles. Good drivers. The operator is not responsive. I had issues contacting the operator when the flight was delayed and canceled.

I was hesitant to reserve a shuttle that was not hotel approved. However, round trip transportation was excellent and quick!! If you are in Punta Cana airport for the first time (like me), the sign and shuttle is after you get your bags and outside the terminal. You check in at the desk and they will call a van to pick you up. I texted Yonthan when I wanted to be picked up at the hotel and the driver was even early!!! I was worried about the hotel pick up because the Hilton was in the middle of no where!!! I would not hesitate to use them again.

The shuttle got to our hotel exactly when we set, the driver was very nice, the car was clean, had air condition and even WiFi!

Highly recommend! Traveled to Punta Cana and La Romana at the end of Nov 2020. Ordered pick up at the airport, transfer to a hotel. Transfer to another hotel and back to airport. Every time there was a different car and driver but all showed up on time (even a bit earlier), had a sign with my name, knew where to go and didn’t stick around expecting tips. All drivers were dressed professionally and were very respectful and considerate. The cars were clean and with a/c. Great service!!
