Transfer vom Flughafen Malpensa in die Mailänder Innenstadt

The bus service is really convenient and inexpensive. Me and my mom have used it twice now. The wifi on board doesn’t work as advertised but everything else was fine

Arrived at Milan Malpensa. I ask the operator: of course, the service to Orio al Serio is available, but you need to change. That's fine. €22.00. Upon arriving at Central Station in Milan, I did not know where to go. I 'discovered' that the second bus departs from the opposite side of the station. Signs and directions and zero information... Even the operator at the time of sale was silent. Okay, customer acquired but also lost.....

Terrible... zero assistance, the staff struggle to provide information. And especially at a time of high attendance due to the train strike, they leave everything unattended. I hope the coffee goes down the wrong way for them. I have no words. Only swear words

BR-1385829845 is still incomplete as my transfer from Malpensa to Milan. The date is incorrect and although you stated you changed the date, the voucher has the same date as previous. Please assist. Mary Engles

Cheaper to get to the center of Milan ! Easy to find at the Airport, terminal 1. Go outside and you will see the bus. It’s best to buy the ticket ahead of time.

Great easy timely service . There was a fabulous gal at the airport who directed us to our stop to catch bus

There was not any help with putting bags on or off the bus. The Driver was vaping whilst driving. Apart from that it was okay.

Brilliant service, the journey didnt take too long. Bus was comfortable with WiFi. Easy bus stop to find, this made our trip less stressful

It’s definitely not the most luxurious bus ride I’ve ever taken, but it was comfortable enough, reasonably priced and fairly efficient. The only thing I didn’t like was having to store your own luggage since people don’t know how to stack or store properly on their own and will push your luggage to the middle to put theirs up front. I am over 70 years old and ended up having to crawl inside to get my own bag without assistance, with the driver standing there watching. I would have gladly given him a tip to retrieve my bag, but when I looked at him and he didn’t offer to help, it was clear that he wasn’t interested.

We arrived in MXP late evening. I checked in bus driver and pointed us to another bus company. After we checked in to another bus company that bus company redirected us to same bus company. This driver made us wait before letting us in bus . It was cold outside. Then just pointed us to drop off the luggages to the compartment . Indecently and will not try to communicate .
