They picked us up at the airport and brought us ro our hotel. Driver was friendly and helpful. Good ride.
I do not recommend this service. They failed to disclose that it was a shared ride. Furthermore, they provided no information regarding the pickup location, forcing me to call them to find out. To make matters worse, I had to wait nearly an hour to be picked up.
Travelling internationally this service was great, someone met us at the gate with our names and sent us to the transport to take us to our hotel. For domestic, it was another story. The meeting point on the map would send us on a 30 minute walk to meeting location when there is a sign at terminal 1 that all prepaid transfers exit to a carpark right next to the baggage carousel. When trying to communicate with the company, there was no response so we went by taxi instead. Still no contact by the company, we are extremely disappointed.
We used Viator to book a shuttle in Los Angeles and had a wonderful experience, because of this great experience, I decided to book a shuttle via Viator for our arrival in Honolulu. This time in Honolulu it was the opposite, very poor, no communication & will not use again. The shuttle company is VIP Transport
The ride was able to get us to our resort but could have been smoother. We had to walk a good distance to catch the shuttle and the communication for the plans were not great. Also the shuttle wouldn't drop us at the location closer to our hotel entrance which made us walk a good distance with all our luggage.
Easy transport to the airport. They picked us up at our hotel and the air conditioned van ride was good.
Once we arrived we had a few issues but was able to resolved it right away. We had to contact the company on how the process worked on getting picked up from the airport. The person we spoke to the day prior stated to listen to our name in luggage areas and of course our name was never called out. Therefore we had to call and they sent a driver right away

Great transfer! Eddie was fantastic and helpful and so very kind! He had great recommendations and made me feel very comfortable. Already booked for my return to the airport!
Driver was very kind and helpful he even returned a cell phone that was left in his van. The van not so much. Incredibly hot and A/C not working well enough to cool the back three rows of seats. More than uncomfortable but dangerous for the number of people in that van. Won’t use Viator for transport again
