It does what it says on the tin. Sauna, Steam, Hammam Turkish scrub. Clay mask and then massage. Yes the doctor does come in after the first part of the massage (which was expected) but I just said I didn’t want the additional massage for the additional fee (quoted 40 euros). Didn’t seem to be a problem. Staff were all pleasant. Picked up and dropped off from/too the Titanic Hotel. Just had to walk to the security gate which wasn’t a problem. Overall good value for the money in mine and my wife’s opinion.

This is an inclusive Hammam experience, and all in all they did everything they said they would do and for a reasonable price. You get picked up from your hotel and brought to their spa in Belek. The service in the package includes a sauna, steam bath, then the hammam bath (water, glove scrub, and foam bath), then the clay mask followed up by a massage. When you get there, they have two addons to sell you, a scented salt scrub and the “doctor fish” each for a small upcharge. All good by us, we bought the salt scrubs. Then you do everything, and all went as advertised, UNTIL THE MASSAGE. When you get in there and lay down and they begin, someone comes in to “diagnose” you as part of the massage process. Of course there will be things wrong that they will magically fix, for a more significant upcharge. We said no, their mood changed and worked to get us out of there. My simple advice??? Talk about those possibilities at the beginning and don’t talk to your customers during a massage as if we need diagnosing. That’s not your job.

Excellent relaxation moment in this spa. All the services are top-notch, seamlessly connected without any waiting time. The value for money is great with a driver who comes to pick you up. The spa is very clean and the staff is welcoming. I was offered a medical massage for an additional fee, which was very effective and pleasant for €20. It is much cheaper than at the hotel for longer treatments.
