Traditionelle Tour - Benagil Höhle

We had an absolutely wonderful time exploring the Benagil caves! Initially, we were leaning towards a kayak tour, but we are so glad we chose the boat trip instead. The boat allowed us to cover much more ground, see significantly more caves, and truly explore the wider region. Our tour guide, Vitor, and our captain, Mário, were phenomenal. Vitor is incredibly knowledgeable about the caves and brought so much joy and humor to the trip. He also went out of his way to take great pictures for everyone on board, which was a very nice touch. We had a diverse group, and Vitor made a fantastic effort to switch between English, Portuguese, German, and French to make sure everyone felt included. If you are looking to explore the Benagil area, I highly recommend this boat trip. Hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to get Vitor and Mário to show you around!

William and Rafa were tremendous – Rafa at the helm and William as our guide. Enjoyed every minute.

If you are thinking about visiting the Benagil caves, stop searching: this is the excursion you have to take. We were incredibly lucky to share the experience with Leo and Víctor, and we could not be more grateful. From the very first minute, they made us feel as if we were with lifelong friends, while never losing professionalism and respect. Leo, as captain, conveyed absolute tranquility. At all times, it was clear that he knows the sea perfectly and that the safety of all passengers is his priority. It gives a lot of confidence to sail with someone like that. And Víctor… what a guide! Approachable, friendly, with a great sense of humor, explaining every corner of the coast in an enjoyable and interesting way. He made the journey much more than just a boat ride: it was an experience we will remember for a long time. The scenery is spectacular, but the people who make the experience truly special are them. Their treatment, their attention, the way they care for every detail, and their desire for everyone to enjoy made the difference. Thank you, Leo and Víctor, for your professionalism, your good work, and for making an excursion one of the best memories of our vacation in the Algarve. I wish more people worked with the passion and care that you all do. Totally recommended. If we return to the Algarve, we will repeat without thinking. A 10 for both of you!

Very beautiful outing with family! The 60-minute outing was perfect! Outstanding boat driver, and our guide was also excellent. We departed at 9:00, so there were fewer boats on the water.

He effortlessly switched between languages, making everyone on board feel included while sharing interesting facts and keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging. Special compliments also go to Captain Rafa. His boat handling was exceptional—professional, smooth, and clearly very experienced. Navigating through the caves and along the coastline looked effortless, and throughout the tour we felt completely safe and relaxed. The combination of William’s excellent commentary and Rafa’s superb seamanship made this one of the highlights of our Algarve trip.
