Very good experience, requires a certain physical preparation for the climb without the help of horses. When you reach the summit you are surprised by a landscape that cannot be described and is unparalleled with the photos.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this experience, the company and are truly excellent guide, Alex. We have been doing tours all over Peru, and this one was the last of them and stuck out so much. We were nervous because it was too late to book tours to Lake Humantay, but the company arranged private taxi transportation for us at our preferred time and even said the driver would be able to accompany us on the hike. Our driver/guide Alex was so professional, caring and supportive. I'm traveling with my 63 year old mom, and he was patient in getting us up to the top at our own speed. He taught us so much about Peru! And was a truly excellent driver, who put us at ease on the long road to Humantay. I will be telling my friends about this experience for the rest of my life and will certainly recommend that they book Palomino Taxi Tours for when they travel to Cusco, and especially to go with Alex! I don't know if I can ever do any of the grueling bus rides again when I know that this fun, sensible, and thorough but comfortable option exists. A top travel experience that I've ever had.

Great trip and good price. The driver was very kind and professional and the communication via Whatsapp (price negotiation, planning of the trip, asking for extra info) was very convenient and in good English. We also cancelled our third trip which and this was no problem at all, even though we got a discount because we were going to do 3 trips. Would definitely recommend!

We did 3 excursions with Ramon. Transfer to Ollantaytambo visiting Chinchero, Maras and Moray. Visit the Humantay Lagoon and visit the Palcoyo Mountain. Personalized Service, adapt to your schedules and leave you the time you need to make the visits. Ramon is a great driver and accompanied us on the hikes to the lagoon and to palcoyo. Very good also communication with Palomino. We highly recommend this Service if you want to enjoy your visits without having to do them with organized tours. After a week in Cuzco , we can gladly say that Julio was the best driver we had from the whole trip.
