Die Geschichte der Juden in Oslo und Norwegen ist kurz und unverwechselbar. Diese Tour ist auch ungewöhnlich, da sie den größten Teil der Geschichte auf einer Straße abdeckt. Wir beginnen vor dem Ort, an dem sich die erste jüdische Familie in Oslo niedergelassen hat, und fahren die Hauptstraße Karl Johan der Stadt hinauf. Die Straße war immer voller Aktivitäten, und es überrascht nicht, dass auch jüdische Geschäftsleute dort Geschäfte eröffneten. Denkmäler, das Parlamentsgebäude und sogar die Hauptkirche der Stadt haben alle einen Bezug zur jüdischen Geschichte. Stellen Sie sich vor, sogar die königliche Familie hat etwas mit einem jüdischen Jungen aus Tunesien gemeinsam. Begleitet wird die Tour von vielen Bildmaterialien und Geschichten aus Oslos jüdischer Gemeinde. Der Rundgang endet an der Synagoge. Leider ist es nicht immer möglich, es zu besuchen. Der Gang vom Palast zur Synagoge kann eine Herausforderung sein. Keine Sorge, es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Bus zu nehmen (Tickets sind nicht inbegriffen). If we could give Rami a 6 or 7, we would gladly do so. We cannot say enough positive things about how much we learned on our tour today and how much we enjoyed Rami’s ability to bring the stories he shared to life with pictures and places he pointed out. I have taken Jewish focused tours in many cities throughout Europe and this was truly one of the best. We very much appreciated being able to visit the synagogue during our tour. I did my homework in advance and saw only positive reviews and now I know why firsthand. Rami is an excellent tour guide.
This visit was magnificently interesting. Our guide, Rami, is a very friendly person, but he also proved to be very professional and particularly knowledgeable about his subject. We were treated to a very informative and fascinating visit.

Oslo Photo Tour I had the chance to have a photo tour during my visit here in Oslo. Rami is a very knowledgeable guide and not only that he knows interesting, non-touristy spots, but he also knew a lot about photography techniques. I am so glad to have this photo walk because I could learn a few things about Oslo (culture, history) and also photography (composition).
