Wir holen Sie um 07:00 Uhr von Ihrem Hotel in Cusco ab. Dann begeben wir uns in unserem privaten Transport auf eine Reise nach Pisac. Unterwegs machen wir einen kurzen Halt an einem Aussichtspunkt in Taray. Es bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das darunter liegende Tal. Sie können den Fluss Urubamba sehen, der sich durch die Dörfer im Heiligen Tal der Inkas schlängelt. Pisac ist die Heimat einer der massiven und wunderschönen Inka-Stätten, die auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf das Dorf thront. Wir fahren Sie den Hügel hinauf zum Haupteingang des Komplexes. Hier führt Sie unser lokaler Experte durch die Anlage. Nach der Besichtigung des Komplexes fahren wir Sie hinunter zum Hauptplatz. An den Wochenenden sind die engen Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen hier voller Einheimischer, die ihr Kunsthandwerk verkaufen.
Sobald Sie Pisac satt haben, fahren wir Sie nach Urubamba. Es ist der unterste Teil des Heiligen Tals der Inkas. Hier halten wir für ein Mittagsbuffet in einem lokalen Restaurant.
Nach einem typischen Essen setzen wir die Tour fort und besuchen Ollantaytambo. Dies war der prominenteste Ort während des Inka-Reiches. Hier können Sie die Weiterentwicklung der Stadtplanung der Inkas miterleben. Ollantaytambo ist eines der ältesten und durchgehend bewohnten Dörfer des Inkareiches. Das Dorf liegt zwischen zwei Inkaruinen. Von hier aus steigen Sie auch in den Zug nach Machu Picchu und zum Inka-Trail.
Nach einer Tour durch Ollantaytambo besuchen wir Maras und Moray. Beide Seiten haben eine herausragende Rolle gespielt und tun dies auch heute noch. In Moray befinden sich kreisförmige landwirtschaftliche Terrassen, die den Inkas als landwirtschaftliches Labor dienten. Jede Ebene hat eine andere Temperatur. Die Inkas nutzten diesen Ort als landwirtschaftliches Labor, um die besten Wetterbedingungen für den Anbau einer Kulturpflanze zu bestimmen.
Maras ist die Heimat der Salzminen. Es wurde von Generation zu Generation weitergegeben. Die Einheimischen praktizieren hier weiterhin die traditionelle Methode der Salzgewinnung durch Solarverdampfung. Unser lokaler Experte wird es Ihnen im Detail erklären.
Als Höhepunkt der ganztägigen Tour durch das heilige Tal besuchen wir Chinchero. Es ist die Heimat von Andentextilien. Dieses schöne und ruhige Dorf wird oft von Touristen übersehen. Es beherbergt eine weiß getünchte Kirche, die einst ein königlicher Palast des Inka-Kaisers Pachacutec war. Von allen Stätten im Heiligen Tal hat Chinchero den fruchtbarsten Boden. Während der Inka-Zivilisation bauten sie unter der Führung von Pachacutec viele landwirtschaftliche Terrassen. Die Wasserkanäle hier zeugen vom Fortschritt der Inka-Technik.
Später am Abend fahren wir Sie zurück nach Cusco City. Wir werden Sie an der Plaza Regocijo absetzen, einen Block entfernt von Cuscos Hauptplatz – Plaza de Armas.

This was the last tour we took after spending 30 days touring South America. We were physically exhausted especially after multiple high elevation hikes. However our private tour guide made this tour very enjoyable and we were enlightened with cultural information. The buffet lunch was great too!

Our guide Julio was very kind and patient, taking time to explain each attraction and answer all our questions. However, the tour itself felt poorly designed. It crammed too many stops into one day, giving us only about 30 minutes at each site before rushing to the next. Additionally, three of the stops were local shops—selling silver, alpaca clothing, and snacks—which seemed more focused on encouraging purchases than sightseeing, which wasn’t what we signed up for

It was an amazing experience! Very safety and calm, we could visit so many places in one trip - Sacred Valley, Moray, Salt Mines, Pisaq, had a beautiful dinner in a local restaurant (the food was included!) and visited little farm with alpacas and lamas. Our guide Jose was very intelligent and attentive, he told all the history and gave lots of useful recommendations. We had plenty of time to make wonderful photos and videos. From the first communication till the end of the trip everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, magical and charming place. Peruvians carry a lot of strength as does nature. It is worth seeing for its culture, cuisine, stories and colors. It's hard to fit so many photos in the cell phone.....

After contacting 3 travel agencies, John gave us a lot of confidence explaining how the structure of the tours would be gave us many recommendations that facilitated our trip to Peru. John gave us recommendations of very local places, restaurants and places to enjoy a few cocktails. We did Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley and the colorful mountain and each of the tours was very well organized.
