Wir werden eines der wichtigsten zeremoniellen Zentren an der Südküste von Lima besuchen, das Heiligtum von Pachacamac, das das wichtigste Pilgerzentrum der Inkazeit war. Pachacamac war der Gott der Erdbeben, viele Opfergaben wurden in diesem Tempel entdeckt, an der Stelle finden wir archäologische Zeugnisse der Prä-Inka-Inka-Ära. Mitten in der Wüste und direkt am Meer liegt diese Gebäudegruppe. Tempel wie der Acllahuasi; Der Alte Tempel und der Sonnentempel werden uns ermöglichen, die vorspanische Architektur kennenzulernen.

SAN ISIDRO – MIRAFLORES – BARRANCO Wir beginnen unser Abenteuer damit, dass wir jeden Reisenden um 9 : 00 Uhr von seinem Hotel oder Airbnb abholen, entsprechend unseren inbegriffenen Abholpunkten (1 Tag bevor wir die Abholzeit entsprechend dem Standort seiner Hotels bestätigen). MIRAFLORES – PACHACAMAC Als nächstes reisen wir in den Süden Limas mit privaten Touristentransporten (ca. 1 Stunde)
PACHACAMAC-STÄTTENMUSEUM Wir besuchen das Stättenmuseum im Pachacamac-Heiligtum, wo mehr als 290 registrierte Stücke aus verschiedenen Materialien wie Keramik, Holz, Textilien usw. ausgestellt sind. Eines der emblematischen Stücke des Museums ist das „Idol von Pachacamac“.
ARCHÄOLOGISCHES ZENTRUM PACHACAMAC Wir setzen unsere Tour fort und besuchen den „Tempel der Sonnenjungfrauen“ von Aclawasi, eine heilige Stätte, an der Frauen lebten und arbeiteten, die aufgrund ihrer handwerklichen und kulinarischen Fähigkeiten oder ihrer körperlichen Schönheit ausgewählt wurden und im Dienste des Inkareichs standen. Der Aclawasi von Pachacamac war einer der größten und bedeutendsten an der Küste. Ebenso werden wir die verschiedenen Gebäude bewundern, die Teil dieses beeindruckenden Ortes sind, Gebäude aus Kulturen wie Lima, Wari, Ichma und Quechua, die Zeugnis von ihrem Einfallsreichtum und ihrer Fähigkeit hinterlassen haben, in einem so widrigen Gebiet wie der Küstenwüste zu überleben.
Sobald wir die heiligen Bereiche im unteren Teil des Heiligtums besuchen, steigen wir eine erhöhte Rampe hinunter, die uns zum „Sonnentempel“, dem Juwel von Pachacamac, führt. Schließlich grenzen wir an den „Tempel der Sonne“ oder „Punchao Kancha“, der aus Lehmziegeln erbaut wurde und als wahrscheinlich größter Tempel an der gesamten Küste gilt, was einen großen organisatorischen Aufwand für seinen Bau bedeutet.
PACHACAMAC – MIRAFLORES (45 Minuten) Schließlich kehren wir in den unteren Teil zurück, um in unser Fahrzeug einzusteigen und zu Ihren Hotels oder Treffpunkten zurückzukehren.

Yury was a great driver. I felt safe and taken care of the whole ride. Gema was an amazing guide. She shared her knowledge and love for Peru throughout the tour. She brought a Peruvian flag and she took a ton of pictures and shared them at the end of the trip. Gema met us with a smile at the JW Marriott. The drive south was easy and there wasn’t much traffic (we went on a Sunday morning which helped). The museum and temples were really cool to see and learn about. Gema was a tresire trove of insightful information. Truly grateful for this opportunity to learn more about Peruvian history and culture. We spent about 2 hours in total at the museum and temple ruins. I think this was the perfect amount of time. I was able to read all the info (and skip some that I wasn’t as interested in). But if you wanted to see and read everything you had enough time. I never felt rushed the entire day. At the end of the trip we were dropped off safely. I’m so glad I booked this trip. I totally recommend this trip and Yury and Gema!

Jose was an excellent tour guide with good English and good knowledge of the history, explaining clearly the story of the places. I really enjoyed the tour - and Amerigo's driving through crazy Lima's traffic!

Like the tour. Mario, our guide, was engaging and knowledgeable. It was just people on the trip and one of us was Spanish speaking and I only spoke English. Mario was bilingual and balanced answering our questions very nicely
I had a guide, Bryan, who was very knowledgeable, explaining absolutely everything in great detail. He loves history and tells the story of the archaeological site and of Peru with great detail, nuance, and interest. I highly recommend this guide and this tour.

A very nice visit. And we were lucky to go on the day of the winter solaticio, the day of the Inca New Year... We picked up the arrival of the people for the ceremony. It was all cloudy and when the people reached the top, the sun appeared Our guide Patrick very rich in knowledge, sympathy and love for history. Super recommend!
