Extremely disappointed with this company. My wife and I signed up and paid for a wine tour, only to be told after the charge went through that there was a three-person minimum—or we’d have to pay extra. While it’s possible this was noted somewhere in the fine print, it certainly wasn’t clear during the booking process. I tried to cancel and contacted my credit card company, but I could not.Fortunately, we ended up booking with another wine tour company that offered a better experience for a lower price. I regret even trying to work with this business. Very poor customer experience.

We had a wonderful day. Seeing all the wineries, learning how the wine was made and stored. Our wonderful driver ever changed the itinerary slightly for us so we could see how it was done. The valley was beautiful. This was a recommended trip for any wine enthusiasts

First I want to thank Jesus for his excellent service and to be in constant communication with me. Jesus gave excellent recommendations of place, when crossing to TJ, to wait for our driver. Thanks to Jose, our driver, who despite being so young, was very professional and driving with great safety and caution on the road. Thank you for taking us to the places we chose to visit in Valle de Guadalupe. Thank you for making us feel confident and letting us enjoy the trip with our music that we connected via Bluetooth, karaoke and your lights, which were an excellent detail at the end of our trip.

I planned a day of wine tasting with friends and family. There were 8 of us and I asked if I could pick the wineries and a restaurant for lunch. I’ve done wine tours many times with other companies and have visited the restaurant I chose before also. Being a frequent visitor to the Valle I know it’s important to have reservations especially with a group as it can get busy. And the restaurant I chose is always booked up so reservations are a must. I was not told to make my own reservations so we ended up with no reservations anywhere and were being turned away for lunch. They did end up getting us a table but it was a stressful situation since I brought my group to a place I raved about. Besides the issues with the reservations the van lost its AC in the first hour of the day. It was brutally hot and I reached out to the company. Hoping they could switch the van or something. I had friends that felt sick and like they were going to pass out from the heat. It was absolutely miserable. And the company just kept saying it’s extra hot in the Valle that day. But with no offer to a solution or to try to make things right at all. They were just defensive and rude. We made the best of it but it was the worst day in the Valle I’ve ever had.

The three vineyards chosen by the host are of great quality and history you will be surprised prepare for the adventure and good photos with good wine
