Tour & Weinprobe – Authentische Sabores Algarvios, Quinta da Tôr

The experience was great from the start to finish. Arrived to a table ready for us, water was easy to get in the heat. We then went on a tour with Carina which was both exciting and a lot of fun. Carina is knowledgeable, personable and funny. The afternoon concluded with some delicious wines and a dip in the pool. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

Had a fantastic day out with a large group of friends, the winery did an amazing job accommodating us! I would like to provide an extra thanks to like group guide Carina, she provided an incredible tour full of information and laughs, thank you Corina for such a great experience!!

The tour was relatively short but informative. The young lady who led it was very knowledgable and enthusiastic though sometimes she spoke quite quickly and we didn’t catch the odd thing she said. The wines were lovely. The staff who served the individual tables explained each wine and were very friendly. There was one lady however who dealt with the money side of things for those who had additional drinks/food. Her manor towards me was not what I expected and I was taken aback by abruptness. The place itself was beautiful with wonderful scenery and a few pools for visitors to stay and enjoy. Sadly we didn’t get taken into the vineyards but overall it was a great relaxing way to spend a few hours. We felt the experience was worth the reasonable charge. We will return. Thanks.

My first visit to Quinta da Tor and an exceptional one! We did the wine tour, brave tasting and had some tapas. We then had a dip in the pool whilst enjoying another bottle of wine. The tour was very informative, well conducted. The tasting was the same. The setting is absolutely stunning. A great place to visit even if you don’t do the tour, just relaxing by the pool which some of the wine is a perfect way to spend the day. I’ll be back for sure!

My friends and I had an incredible time. The wine and food were delicious and the staff were knowledgable, accommodating, and just generally wonderful. One of them gave my friend his hat, because they had sold out by the time he tried to buy one. An absolute must-see experience. I’d give it 6 stars if I could.

Excellent tour and tasting at Quinta da Tor! I visited yesterday with friends and had a fantastic time. Our guide, Karina, was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, making the experience both fun and informative. The tour and tasting were top-notch from start to finish. Our 4th visit to this beautiful place. Another fantastic trip to this wonderful vineyard. Karina, Carina and Nona were such amazing guides - informative, engaging and happy in their work which made for a lovely tour and tasting. Wines were fantastic and the food was lovely in a beautiful setting overlooking the valley with a swimming pool! Particularly loved Grannies Bread, a nod to Grandma's recipe and the hot cheese with honey and nuts was delish. If ever you are in the area I would truly recommend a visit at a very reasonable price.
