100% reliable agency. I took a 10-day tour and they never left us alone. The guides are very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotels were very good. The operations team was always attentive.

Our experience was mixed, so we cannot confidently recommend the Machupichu Sacred travel agency. The first two days were marked by poor communication and lack of coordination. Our arrival coincided with a local holiday, which we were never informed about, and it appeared to significantly affect the agency's operations. On several occasions, our questions went unanswered or were answered late and with little clarity, creating unnecessary uncertainty. We ended up resolving many of the situations on our own. What was most disappointing was that, even after we shared our concerns with the Operations representative, we never received any meaningful follow-up or explanation of how they would prevent similar issues in the future. On the positive side, the tour guides were excellent, and Peru is an extraordinary destination. Thanks to them, the trip ultimately became an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, the agency's operational performance did not match the quality of the destination itself.
