Was a great experience and really good value for money, we went for a trip on 25/08/2025 on a 5pm trip, we got to swim in the bay at Altea was a really good and enjoyable trip, highly recommended

A very pleasant walk, both the skipper and his assistant, most kind. The catamaran is very good, comfortable, with space to leave your things, and be able to sit both in the sun and in the shade. The stop in the high seas for swimming, a very cool experience.

The staff were very friendly. The boat was not too busy. The scenery was amazing. We had plenty of time to swim and the bar in board was well stocked and well priced. Overall a fantastic excursion.

Too bad it wasn't a real catamaran. Friendly staff, friendly staff. Was rather heavy sea when we were there which made us all wet. This was a pleasant cooling
Hoi, Hartelijk dank voor je reactie. We zijn erg blij dat het personeel vriendelijk was en vooral dat je de positieve kant zag van de ruwe zee, waardoor het een verfrissend moment werd! We vinden het jammer dat het voor jou geen 'echte catamaran' leek. We willen graag verduidelijken dat onze hele vloot uit verschillende modellen catamarans bestaat. Het is mogelijk dat je op een van onze motorcatamarans hebt gevaren in plaats van een zeilcatamaran, wat een ander gevoel kan geven. We hopen dat je bij een volgende gelegenheid een van onze andere tours kunt proberen voor een ervaring die beter aansluit bij wat je in gedachten had. Mundo Marino Catamaranes.
This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. When purchasing the ticket, there was clearly an option to choose the departure location, and we selected Altea. However, after completing the purchase, the ticket stated the departure was from Calp instead. We tried to contact the company several times to clarify the situation. We received replies from what was clearly just an automated email bot, telling us that our location was correct and that we would receive a new updated ticket. That new ticket never arrived. We went to the departure point in Altea as originally selected – but no one was there. After calling multiple times, we were finally told, on the same day, that there would be no boat leaving from Altea. We wasted a lot of time and effort, especially since we came all the way from Benidorm. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable – no real human communication, just auto-responses and confusion. Be careful! Do NOT book with this company. They are unreliable, and customer service is almost non-existent.
This was well worth the money. The boat wasnt too crowded, we were able to sit right at the front which was lovely and the stop was longer than most so we were able to make the most of the lovely waters. Would highly recommen for fun couple of hours.

Not quite super experience unfortunately. We started by being the first on the site, but were referred to the wrong collection site. A place in the middle of an industry fishing district which was not ⁇ good start. It was not at all there that we were gathered. So we ended up being the last on the boat even though we were the first to come. We were a little disappointed that there were not very many places where you could sit and enjoy the view, some had to sit on the floor... it is an ommer. We had looked forward to getting into one of their beautiful coves where we could snorkel. It was therefore a great disappointment that we had to lie at anchors far from the coast where there were no snorkeling opportunities. Just 500m further forward we could snorkel. generally, yes, no turn that we will go over in history, probably closer in the forgetting book. Next time we will probably try another provider.

We were not on a catamaran (falsely advertised), no masks for sale on site, no bathroom and we ate the paella on our knees on the floor. Fortunately the landscape is magnificent.
Bonjour, Nous sommes vraiment désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de ce qui vous avait été annoncé. Ce que vous décrivez ne correspond pas aux standards que nous souhaitons offrir à nos passagers, et nous comprenons parfaitement votre déception. Si un catamaran était prévu lors de la réservation, il aurait dû être respecté ou, au minimum, vous en informer en amont. Le manque d’équipements comme la salle de bain ou la possibilité d’acheter un masque, ainsi que les conditions dans lesquelles vous avez dû manger, ne sont pas acceptables et nous allons remonter cela immédiatement à notre équipe de coordination. Nous sommes heureux que la beauté du paysage ait pu compenser en partie votre déception, mais nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous offrir une expérience bien meilleure à l’avenir.😊⛵🌊 MUNDO MARINO CATAMARANES
