Tour durch Capri und Anacapri mit Sessellift

The first thing I will say is that we did book this tour the evening before it was to take place,and they accepted our reservation.This tour was a disaster. I had read that the beginning/meeting place was very confusing. That is a total understatement! We were exactly where they told us to be at 10:40, and at 11:40 we finally called the tour number because no one showed up.They instructed us to go across the street and consult with someone over there. They shuffled us onto a bus for the chairlift and told us our guide would meet us there. He did after several more phone calls and apologized for the confusion that had occurred because “we made the reservations late.”He was very personable.He told us about the chairlift and several more things to do at this stop. He got us to the front of a very long chairlift line which was very helpful, and told us to meet him back at a certain spot after we were done seeing everything. We never saw him again. We also did not get to see the Capri or Augustus Gardens part of the tour, because “we ran out of time”. They should not have accepted our reservation if they could not get it organized in time! We truly should get our money back!! BEWARE!

Anacapri is a gem...let's not even talk about the chairlift, it's jaw-dropping. Both the ascent and the descent were very calm. Once you arrive at the top there is the surprise of a breathtaking view...Dear friends I recommend it, it is 100/100

Domenico was very organised, reliable and got us to all parts of the tour program. Anacapri was a nice town and, although we didn't get much time in Capri town, it was also good to see. We paid for the additional boat ride, which was very well worth it.

Our guide Domenic was truly a pleasure to have lead our group. He took the time to explain some history of the areas, where to go for gelato :), pizza and quickly through lines. It was an extremely warm day but Domenic kept his cool and smile throughout the day! Grazie Domenic!

The best way is to take a ferry at 8.30am pay for ferry there only. Buy your return at capri port or you could end up hanging about to return. We got off the ferry and got a bus to the chairlift straightaway so missed the tours and the queues. Capri is busy in july. Positano was silly busy in comparison. The sky lift cost 15 euro each and was a highlight of the holiday. Take a camera

Our guide Dominick was excellent. We got lost getting to meeting point and received a text from him not to stress. We met up and he got us squared away. The island is spectacular, Dominick guided us to the important spots, gave a great place to have lunch and experience the Capri island food scene. The length of time is great, the sites to see were worth it, and free time to wander was great as well.

We struggled to find where to meet since we were joining the tour at the port of Capri but once we did our guide was amazing. We ended up in a huge thunderstorm with heavy rain which was no fault of the tour operator. The chairlift was closed due to lightning so our guide swapped us for the boat tour along the coast. The chair lift ended up opening right before our meeting time with our guide. He swiftly rearranged for us to go to that and take a later bus back down to Capri. He then helped us with our boat tour and made sure we made our ferry back to Naples. He was amazing!

Very nice guides who paid special attention to everyone. Optional suggestions were also provided. A bit chaotic by German standards - but everything worked out great with a little wait time. It is somewhat more expensive than booking individually on-site, but you save a lot of waiting time.

The tour of Capri was really well organized and perfect even with children: everything smooth, stress-free, and full of unforgettable moments. My children had a great time, especially during the climb in the chairlift, which gave us a spectacular view and many emotions! A big thank you to the guides Fabrizio and Domenico, who with their sympathy, patience and professionalism were able to involve even the little ones, making the day even more special.

Want to see Capri or experience Capri? Because if you just want to see it, just a postcard, but if you want to have fun then you have to call Domenico. We spent a whole day with him and, honestly, we don't know if we took more pictures or had more laughs! Domenico is the soul of the island: he knows everyone, knows every secret and has that overwhelming sympathy that makes you forget the fatigue of the climbs and the sometimes important heat. What makes the tour with him special: Zero boredom: Forget the "robot" guides. Domenico is a volcano of anecdotes, jokes and incredible stories. Pure passion: You can tell he loves his job and Capri and would do anything to make you come home with a smile on your face. Domenico, thank you very much for the epic day!
