Toskanische Weintour in Lucca mit dem Van

A great tour to two lovely boutique wineries. The tour guide Marco was excellent full of local knowledge of the wines and of Lucca. The wine was excellent, enjoyed a the. Tasting in a beautiful setting couldn’t of asked for more.

A great trip into the Tuscan hills to try wine and olive oil at 2 locations. Both stops were amazing but I was completely charmed by the hospitality at Tenuta Marceli. The food was delicious and Francesca was radiant and passionate about sharing information about her family’s operations. Tommaso, our guide; was a delight and worked hard to integrate the group in the beginning and engaged each of us too. This was not an easy order as our group was varied in ages and backgrounds. His local knowledge was also appreciated.

Our trip with Thomas was fantastic. He brought us to wonderful smaller wineries that we would not have been able to find or visit without his knowledge and relationships. He shared really interesting history on the area and wine as well. Truly a special experience!

Wonderful day of wine tasting. We visited two lovely small vineyards outside Lucca. Our driver and guide Raffaele was fantastic and very knowledgeable. It was lovely to learn about the wines from the owners, and to taste fresh and local produce. The "light lunch" in the second winery was amazing. Owner Francesca really outdid herself. Would highly recommend this tour!

Spend the day wine tasting on two vineyards for my 30th birthday with a group of friends - had the most amazing time. Everyone was super knowledgeable and lovely, I learnt a lot but also tasted delicious new wines. Would definitely recommend! Multiple wines and lots of food offered and very generous hosts.

Wonderful day today with Thomas and Andrea. We were 16 adults traveling through Tuscany. We were picked up at our villa and spent 6 hours touring 2 local vineyards. Included tastings (7 in total) and lunch. Absolutely wonderful day with two great people. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see local people and not the tourist traps!

It was a magical day to see where the wines are made, to hear the history of the families and the properties and to taste such delicious wines and food!

Bravo! This was a wonderful relaxing afternoon away from busy Lucca. Tommuaso and Raffaele did the driving and shared so much information about the region and 2 family owned wineries and their processes. A delicious authentic lunch was provided in the middle of the vineyard and of course plenty of wine sampling through the day. Lovely views -- it was the highlight of our trip to Lucca!

We’ve been on a number of wine tours over the years, both in the UK and Europe, but I would put this at the top. This is in no small measure due to our host for the day - Tomasso. His English was excellent, his knowledge extensive and he was quite lovely and charming. He took time to find out about the 6 of us in our group, he was personable and unhurried at all times. When he found out one of us had a birthday that day he discreetly phoned ahead to Tanuta Mareli where at the end of our tour Francesca amazingly produced a lovely surprise cake and candle made by her daughter. We visited two wineries and experienced 5 different wines at each, gradually transitioning through white/rosé to light reds to medium/heavy reds. All were organically produced. We were treated to the most beautiful food for our lunch at the Tenuta Mareli winery all sourced and produced by Francesca. It was a wonderful day.

Absolutely enjoyable day. Each winery/vineyard was unique with excellent, personable hosts who are authentically passionate about wine. All the tastings were exceptional and we were excited to order some bottles to have back home. Thanks to our wonderful, adorable guide, Raphael, wine maker Francesco and F.lil di Urbani guide Francesca. You all made the day perfect!
