Toskana-Express-Erlebnis : Pasta-Klasse & Weintour ab Florenz

It was just amazing, beginning to end, we traveled with 2 kids 15 and 10 and grandpa and all of us just had a blast, the chefs were funny, engaging, knowledgeable, don't have enough words to describe how great overall the experience was!. Atmosphere 10/10, beautiful traditional Tuscan village, nice break from all the hassle and buzzle of busy Florence. Angela, Ivana, Luca, Alessia and Lavinia were AMAZING! would totally do it again, my kids are still talking about it and making pasta at home!

This was by far my favorite tour we did while exploring Europe! The team was funny, personable, welcoming, and incredibly informative. The food was delicious, the gelato was amazing, and the wine was even better. One of the best parts was that they emailed us all of the recipes afterward, so we can recreate everything at home. What really made this experience stand out was the attention to detail. They printed personalized certificates at the end, accommodated vegan and vegetarian diets, and the kitchen was air-conditioned, something many of the other cooking classes we considered didn't offer. It was a fun, well-organized experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence! Be mindful when booking if you have the wine tour added after the class and eating the meal and gelato, you head to another winery.

My aunt, sister and I had the BEST time taking this pasta and gelato making class. Upon arrival we were served wine and bread while we watched Alessia give a thorough demonstration of how to make the pastas. We were then separated into smaller kitchens which gave it a more intimate feel. Everyone in our group was so nice and the food was DELICIOUS. The bus was air conditioned which was nice.

This was a highlight of our trip!! Carmela, Alessia, and Constanta were excellent teachers!!! The pasta we made was delicious and a great time was had by everyone on the tour! We made 12 types of Gelato!!!! They were all perfect!!! Highly recommended you book this experience!!!

This was our favorite activity of our entire trip. Chris our initial guide was wonderful and so knowledgeable. The ride out to the farmhouse was beautiful, comfortable, and full of information about the history of the area. Once at the farmhouse we were greeted with wine and a snack, while we met Camilla (our Italian Nonna) and Alishia (her assistant and interpreter). It was a beautiful afternoon of making pasta, Gelato, and singing and dancing with Camilla. The food was fantastic but the whole experience was perfect.

This was by far the best experience I have every had on all of my travels. Letizia, Gloria and Carmela were so charming and funny, and made the experience so much fun. The pasta making was the highlight. Getting sent the recipes was a nice surprise! The wine tour was also fantastic. It is such a beautiful winery and the wine is excellent. The countryside and the company made this so much better than we ever expected.

What an AMAZING experience! We came for the wine, pasta, and gelato… and left with full stomachs, big smiles, and a new appreciation for homemade pasta 😄 My husband was a little stressed about the pasta-making at first, but Costanza and Christopher were so patient, kind, and helpful that by the end, he was completely into it. They made everything feel easy, relaxed, and fun from the start. The chefs deserve a special mention because they were absolutely hilarious and so adorable — the kind of people who instantly make you feel at home. The whole experience felt like cooking in a big Italian family kitchen: laughing, drinking wine, sharing stories, meeting lovely people, and eating way too much delicious food (zero regrets). And honestly? Sitting down to eat the pasta we made ourselves was such a proud moment. Somehow it tastes 10 times better when you made it with your own hands! We were both sitting there like, “Wow… we actually made this?!” 😄 Truly one of the highlights of our trip — warm, fun, delicious, and full of great memories. Would 100% recommend! And a special thank you for the lovely surprise at the end 😉 — such a thoughtful touch and something we really appreciated ❤️

New skills learned from friendly knowledgeable local hosts with decades of traditional, practical hands-on experience in pasta prep. Thrill from then doing it yourself. Cris (trained chef) was most personable imparting helpful tips backed by practical demonstration. Food & wine … gorgeous!
