We went on the tour on Aug 5/26. The first guide we got talked too fast and lots of static. We couldn’t understand a lot of what he was saying. We asked that he speak clearer and slower but he didn’t. We got off that bus and the next time we got on another bus the guide was a lot better. We learned some interesting things about Toronto. We also did the harbour tour package which we liked a lot.

The Hop On Hop Off is a great way to see points of interest so you can decide where you might want to spend some time. Our bus guide was good but he missed the opportunity to add more stories about many of the places we visited (example: he could have given more colour around the Bata Shoe Museum - lots of backstory there but he didn’t talk about any of it). The harbour cruise was great and the guide on this portion was very good. He did give lots of details around the islands, the buildings, and nature local to the islands. I would highly recommend this tour. The bus takes two hours if you stay on and the cruise takes about 45 minutes. Great way to see the city.

Excellent tour and guides. The bus stopped at many different locations and told you exactly what was there and where they would be for pickup. They were very patient and did not rush you to get on the bus (especially since I had a crutch). I would highly recommend them!
