Für den Abholvorgang: Ihre Guides kommen zu Ihrem Hotel in den Bezirken 1, 3 oder 4, um Sie mit dem Motorrad abzuholen, oder wir treffen uns am Saigon Opera House als Treffpunkt. Sie werden von einem gut ausgebildeten und sicheren Fahrer mit einer Motorradunfallversicherung von bis zu $5.000 gefahren. Diese Tour ist sicher für jedes Alter
Erster Halt : Wir besuchen einen Kokossaftstand, um einen erfrischenden Kokossaft mit Ananas oder würziger Kumquat-Marmelade zu genießen, während wir die anderen Gäste und Reiseleiter kennenlernen. Dann geht es zur 2. Station, um Papayasalat zu probieren, der ursprünglich seit 2018 in unserer Tour angeboten wird. Jetzt geht es ins Herz von Distrikt 3. Für den dritten Halt probieren wir gegrillte Bananen, die in ihre Blätter eingewickelt sind und mit süßer und salziger seidiger Kokosmilch serviert werden, eine Kreation, die unser Verkäufer über 20 Jahre lang weiterentwickelt hat. *manchmal erlaubt der Inhaber aufgrund des Verkehrs nicht viele Fahrräder gleichzeitig, also können wir es kaufen und zur 4. Nichts geht über Saigon Bo Kho (unser 4. Halt) : Südländischer Rindereintopf mit Glasnudeln, langsam gekocht mit ganzen Schalotten (natürlich süß), Karotten und Kräutern in einer reichhaltigen, würzigen Brühe *beliebt von Mark Wiens (exklusiv auf dieser Tour angeboten)
Ho Thi Ky ist der größte Blumengroßmarkt im Distrikt 10, Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt und versorgt die Stadt und einige Provinzen im Süden Vietnams mit Blumen. Auf diesem Markt werden wir gegrilltes Rindfleisch im Khmer-Stil, vietnamesische Pizza und Saigon-Bier probieren. Wir lernen wie ein Vietnamese zu jubeln Würden Sie auch jemals raten, welche Bánh Mì Einheimischen jeden Tag essen? Ja, wir zeigen Ihnen die authentische (nicht Huynh Hoa oder irgendeine teure Version) nach dem Besuch dieses Marktes.
Wie bereits erwähnt, wird es auf dieser Tour viel Essen geben, daher hoffen wir, dass Sie noch etwas Platz für Bánh Xèo in Chinatown haben, das 3 km vom Ho Thi Ky Markt (Bezirk 10) entfernt ist. Bánh Xèo ist eine herzhafte vietnamesische Crêpe, leuchtend gelb und knusprig, gefüllt mit Garnelen, Schweinefleisch und Gemüse, serviert mit süßer Chili-Soße und eingelegter süßer Soße zum Dippen. Danach besuchen wir eine alte Wohnung in Distrikt 10 für Chè, eine traditionelle vietnamesische süße Suppe oder cremigen Flan.

Absolutely amazing tour and team. We had so much fun and truly enjoyed not only the bustling streets of Saigon zooming around on motorbikes but also the delicious food served throughout the tour. The meals are plenty full and you will leaving with full stomachs indeed. We are Kiwis and would like to think we can eat but we asked for tourists portions as there’s just so much food. Without a doubt, the best thing we did during our Ho Chi Mon stay. Our guide and motor bike team of Kelly, Andy, Will, Harry and Milo were amazing - highly professional, friendly and very safe on the roads. Authentic food and all of the dishes were standouts. Highly recommended
Highly recommend street food tour with Kelly. She is a knowledgeable local, not only taking us around to experience the traditional Vietnamese food which was some of the best food I’ve tasted, but also what to see and do in Ho Chi Minh, as I was on her bike. She has a great sense of humour, adding to her vibrant and cheerful personality. Andy, Milo, Nathan & Harry were equality lovely, friendly and warm. They were very down to earth tour guides showing us around. Myself, my son, my brother and nephew thoroughly enjoyed the experience and so far it has been the highlight of our trip. Great people to do this with. Have been in a food coma ever since, so much food. Thank you, would do again.
The tour was amazing. Huy and Tuan were amazing guides and showed us the city, how people eat, when and what they eat and drove us around safely and fast around various districts of the city. The food was amazing and with a pretty big variety. We loved the details about each meal and cannot recommend the tour enough! It was great!
I can't recommend this tour company highly enough. I booked last minute and everything ran so smoothly. They take you to places you would never think of going to and all the food was fresh, delicious and plentiful (go with an empty stomach). We had an evening tour as a group of 3 with guides Roger, Kit and Will. They were all good fun and had lots of knowledge to share with us about Vietnamese cuisine and culture. We tried 10 different dishes/drinks in total and every single one was delicious. We visited small places to eat hidden down alleys and markets away from the usual tourist spots. We even went back to one of the places again the next night for a bowl of Bò Kho. Thanks guys!

With so many tours to pick from on our 4 week trip we have needed careful research. This food tour was without doubt the best one we went on, giving us a real insight into life in Vietnam, the food and the culture. It was really clear that our tour guides Mac, Nam and An were taking really good care of us, safely guiding us between locations. I also noticed other tour companies operating in the same area but they were simply not having as much fun as we were. The food selection and explanation was outstanding, the trip.has clearly been carefully curated, but Mac, Nam and An elevated it from a tour to a life experience and I cannot thank them enough. Super fun tour! We were neatly picked up at our hotel by three enthusiastic guides, who had even brought a children's helmet for our daughter. They then took us to ten different local food spots, where we tasted the best dishes. And a small tip: they are not just tasting snacks, but often almost complete meals. So do not go out on a full stomach. As far as we are concerned, an absolute must!
Great tour. Lots of food. Be prepared to be full!!!! Ten stops. Each one is unique and good. Ricky was a great tour guide. Speaks English very well. He is caring and full of knowledge. As to customize your meal and it’ll be done. Great time overall.
