Wir werden durch dieses lokale Erlebnis etwas über die ungarische Essenstradition lernen und vor allem etwas davon probieren, und ich werde auch die Geschichte des Gebäudes erklären. Ich werde Ihnen die nationalen ungarischen Speisen und Getränke zeigen und Ihnen etwas beibringen, während ich durch einen der Hotspots in der Stadt schlendere – die Große Markthalle. Ich weihe Sie in die Geheimnisse einiger unserer Nationalgetränke ein und zeige Ihnen die einzigartigen Essensstände, an denen ich Ihnen etwas über die ungarische Paprikakultur erkläre und Ihnen teilweise ein SALAMI-Tablett mit überraschenden Zutaten besorge. Wir besuchen den Pilz-/Kräuter-/Honigstand und natürlich können Sie auch nicht gehen, ohne das berühmte LANGOS zu probieren, das DAS wirklich ungarische Erlebnis ist, einen frittierten runden Teig mit saurer Sahne oder/und Käsebelag. Natürlich Sie müssen diese kulinarische Reise mit einem süßen Leckerbissen beenden, einem handgemachten traditionellen ungarischen STRUDEL. Lángos und ein spezieller ungarischer Schuss sowie eine ungarische Salami-Verkostung und ein Dessert sind im Preis inbegriffen. Ideal für Gruppen und Teambuilding.

Wir erkunden die Große Markthalle und bei unserem Spaziergang werden Sie viele typische ungarische Gerichte probieren, darunter „Lángos“, „ungarische Salamiauswahl“, „handgemachter ungarischer Strudel“ und ein Überraschungsgetränk.
Auf unserem Weg zur Großen Markthalle erkläre ich Ihnen ein paar interessante historische Informationen über die „Kleine Ringstraße“, wie wir sie nennen, und begleite Sie zu einem Rest der alten mittelalterlichen Stadtmauer und einem kleinen ECO „abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade“. Park.
Wir gehen zur Freiheitsbrücke, wo ich Ihnen die beiden Seiten der Stadt erkläre, einige faszinierende Details über die Brücken im Zentrum von Budapest erkläre, einige der weltberühmten Thermalbäder zeige und ein wenig über die wenigen erzähle Details, die sich auf der Brücke verbergen und mit der ungarischen Mythologie in Verbindung stehen. Von diesem Aussichtspunkt aus werden wir auch die Möglichkeit haben, atemberaubende Fotos zu machen, und ich freue mich, Ihr persönlicher „Paparazzo“ zu sein.

Beautiful architecture, market with a great variety of paprika, crafts and local beverages, several restaurants with varied dishes. Like any market, it is worth looking for the best prices, which vary from tent to tent. But super worth the visit
A large Covered Market, in the city center, full of perfumes, souvenirs, and places where you can eat. It is spread over two levels, and is definitely worth the visit. On the sides you buy at a more competitive price. Beware of pickpockets, even if much less present than any of our cities...
With less than 24 hours notice, the tour was cancelled due to "weather." However, the weather was beautiful - sunny, 32•C, with a gentle breeze. I went to the Central Market myself. No problems there; merchants were open.

Ester Jeanette is a terrific tour guide with a deep understanding of Budapest food culture. She knows the best stops for tasting langos, salami, and strudel and along the way provides fun and interesting history and facts. The visit to the Great Market Hall was made much richer by doing this tour rather than on our own. Highly recommend!
It is the largest in Budapest. You can buy both raw and cooked food. The ground floor is developed as a real market where you can buy local products, the first floor is full of street food so ready to taste but at fairly high prices. I actually expected more.

Beautiful market hall with 3 floors. You can buy everything there as you are used to at a market. (also wild) But at Christmas it is of course also a Christmas market. You can also eat and drink anything. Definitely worth it!
Esther was great. She showed us around the market and provided excellent tastings of local foods like langos, salami, strudel, liquor and others. We had enough food to equate to a full meal. It was a little expensive for what you get, but on the whole a very good experience that I would recommend to other visitors interested in trying local foods.
This food tour was excellent, Eszther’s knowledge of the food and history was great and she presented it with enthusiasm and was very friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend this tour.
We enjoyed the tour with Eszter. We especially loved the langos that we tried! We also enjoyed the special treats and the commentary from Eszter. Unfortunately some stores in the Central Market had closed because we went late in the afternoon.
The architecture of this market Hal is worth the trip. Lots of fresh meats, fruits and veggies. Plus best place to get your paprika and a tote. Worth the stop.
