Fantastic experience, the senseis were really friendly, helpful, kind and funny!
The staff were very informative, attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend for a quick family visit experience.
Amazing experience within Tokyo. Staff were fabulous, English speaking and very helpful. Highly recommend!!
The tutor is great and the experience is so good! Worth to try the chopstick making.
We absolutely loved this experience! I would recommend booking this experience. Sakura was our sensei, and she did an amazing job at explaining the steps, and made us feel extremely welcome.
This was so much fun! You should totally do this! It has all levels and all of us loved it! Might be hard for little kids. Probably 10 to 12 and up. It’s run by Japanese students who speak amazing English and we immensely enjoyed learning about eating customs. Yang was our guide and wonderful!
Very kind and helpful staff!! Very easy and quick to get in. Took us longer than the hour and they didn’t press us. Great music and vibes. Wasn’t too busy and got sat immediately.
You're given a choice of wooden sticks which you'll shave, using the provided machine, into chopsticks. There are about three or four employees, and each group of people seems to have one dedicated employee to help them. Once the shaving is done, you'll sand them down to make them smooth. You don't paint or glaze them, you keep them as is and are free to do what you want with the chopsticks after you've taken them home. They let you keep some of the shavings, for fun, too, and bag it all for you. Depending on the size of the group and the people, some people in the group may get more attention than others, and others may need to repeatedly call for help if they need it. It's about an hour long. It's good if you want to pass a little bit of time while taking home an affordable souvenir which was part of a fun experience.
We loved this. It was so professional -- a regular buzzing factory of us chopstick makers. Staff's English excellent. Didn't realize they would personalize (with name) our souvenir set of chopsticks.
Staff was very friendly and had a fun atmosphere
