This was a great multigenerational activity that was fun, physical, and culturally educational. Eva was a great, encouraging teacher and the format of the class made it very engaging. We would definitely recommend. You can tell she’s really passionate about her music and excited to share with others.
Anyway, it was a lot of fun! Eva's lessons were hard but fulfilling, and when I finished I was fascinated by wadaiko. There were several kinds of drums, and I was allowed to use three kinds of drums. From rhythm practice to songs, I'm very happy.

We had a wonderful time with the enthusiastic and talented Eva. We dove right into technique and explored a variety of rhythms, finishing with a traditional folk piece. This was truly a unique and memorable way to experience Japanese culture.

My family and I had a private Taiko drumming lesson with Eva and it was absolutely incredible. Many cited it as their favorite memory and experience on our trip in Japan.
