Sie wissen nicht, was Sie in Japan unternehmen und genießen können? Keine Angst! Lassen Sie sich von gotcha begleiten und unterstützen! Im Kappabashi können Sie die Herstellung von Lebensmittelproben, einer traditionellen japanischen Kultur, erleben. Lebensmittelproben sind ein Teil der japanischen Kultur. Mit Wachs können Sie eine realistisch aussehende Lebensmittelprobe anfertigen. Viele dieser Lebensmittelproben können Sie in den Vitrinen japanischer Restaurants sehen. Dieses Mal werden wir Tempura zubereiten, ein berühmtes japanisches Essen. Für die Teilnahme an diesem Workshop müssen Sie nichts mitbringen. Wir laden Sie ein, gemeinsam mit uns Lebensmittelproben herzustellen! Hinweise zur Lebensmittelprobenherstellung: Schürzen werden gestellt. Bitte kommen Sie in Kleidung in den Laden, deren Ärmel möglichst bis zum Ellenbogen hochgekrempelt werden können. Wenn Sie Nagelkunst haben, haben Sie bitte Verständnis dafür, dass die Nagelkunst während des Prozesses entfernt werden kann. Viel Spaß mit Gotcha!!

Koo-San met us and took us through the best experience of our visit to Tokyo. We took his recommendations on a traditional chef knife for our family, saw some beautiful pottery and dishes. The sampuru food making was incredible. Such a wonderful memory. Thank you koo-San!

Yuko, our tour guide, was WONDERFUL! She gave great context into how fake food making started, showed us some nice shops and translated well throughout the class. She made the price point of this class worth it! We thoroughly enjoyed the class and only wished it was longer and we could have made more items.
