In diesem einstündigen Workshop lernen Sie Kintsugi, die traditionelle Japanische Kunst der Keramikreparatur. Mit Spezialwerkzeugen und Goldpulver reparieren Sie zerbrochene Keramikstücke. Unser Englisch sprechender Instruktor wird Sie Schritt für Schritt Fortgeschrittener. Es ist keine Erfahrung nötig. Wir verwenden schnell trocknende Materialien perfekt für Reisende. Dein Stück trocknet sofort, sodass du es sicher verpacken und noch am selben Tag mit nach Hause nehmen kannst. Warum Kintsugi? Die Japanische "Mottainai"-Kultur Japan hat viele Erdbeben, die oft geschätzte Töpferwaren brechen. Jedoch schätzt die Japanische Kultur "Mottainai" – den Glauben, dass es eine Verschwendung ist, brauchbare Dinge wegzuwerfen. Statt zerbrochene Keramik zu verwerfen, erfanden Handwerker Kintsugi. Sie klebten die Stücke mit natürlichem Baumsaft zusammen und bemalten die Risse mit Gold. Diese Methode verwandelt Schäden in ein schönes Feature, so dass Gegenstände jahrelang verwendet werden können. Gestalte dein eigenes Stück Japanische Geschichte. My friend and I had the most wonderful time!! What I love the most was the homey, cozy environment with warm and welcoming instructors and happy people who had signed up for the different workshops that are offered - kintsuki, making of chopsticks, origami, and calligraphy. Our instructor, Htar, was not only a fantastic and encouraging instructor, but also a really sweet girl. The activity itself was an experience my friend and I both enjoyed and a memory we’ll cherish every time we think back to our time in Tokyo as well as when we look at our crafts, but Htar was the cherry on top. We got to meet amazing people, we learned about Japanese culture, and just had the loveliest time ever. Do yourself a favor - BOOK!!!

This was a very nice experience! I’m so happy with my finished piece. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the break from the busy city! I highly recommend this experience, you get to learn about authentic kintsugi and you get a really cool souvenir as well!
We had a great time! The instructors were very helpful and assisted the four of us throughout. We messaged ahead to see if we could change our time and they were really accommodating. It was a nice bright studio tucked away.
