Es handelt sich um den größten Shinto-Schrein in Tokio, der 1920 zu Ehren der Geister von Kaiser Meiji und Kaiserin Shoken fertiggestellt wurde, die nach dem Ende der Samurai-Ära eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gründung der modernen Nation spielten.
Der Standort gilt als die verkehrsreichste Kreuzung der Welt und wird allgemein als Shibuya Scramble Crossing bezeichnet.
Erleben Sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf Tokio, während Sie mit einem Hochgeschwindigkeitsaufzug zur Hauptaussichtsplattform hinauffahren.

- Wenn die Sumida-Flusskreuzfahrt aus betrieblichen Gründen ausgesetzt wird, besteht eine alternative Option darin, die Tokyo Bay-Kreuzfahrt (ca. 50 Minuten, einschließlich der Flusskreuzfahrt) zu unternehmen, die von der Insel Odaiba über die Rainbow Bridge abfährt. In einem solchen Szenario entfällt der Besuch der Hama-Rikyu-Gärten.
- Wenn sowohl die Sumida-Flusskreuzfahrt als auch die Tokyo Bay-Kreuzfahrt aus betrieblichen Gründen oder wegen der Wetterbedingungen nicht verfügbar sind, besteht eine alternative Route möglicherweise darin, über die Regenbogenbrücke über die Insel Odaiba zu fahren und mit dem Bus den Metro Expressway nach Asakusa zu nehmen.
- Bei Nahrungsmittelallergien oder diätetischen Einschränkungen können wir leider keine Sondermahlzeiten anbieten. In solchen Fällen bitten wir Sie, die Tourvariante ohne Mittagessen zu wählen.
- Kinder bis 5 Jahre können kostenlos an der Tour teilnehmen. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass Sitzplätze im Bus und Mittagessen nicht kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Wenn für ein Kind ein Bussitzplatz oder ein Mittagessen benötigt wird, wird der jeweils gültige Kindertarif berechnet.
- Für den Abhol- und Rückholservice kann ein Taxi genutzt werden. Aus betrieblichen Gründen kann es sein, dass Sie beim Abhol- und Rückholservice nicht von einem Reiseleiter begleitet werden. Ein Abholservice von jedem Hotel ist verfügbar, wenn die Reservierung mehr als eine Stunde vor der geplanten Abholzeit erfolgt.
- Die Tourdauer beträgt ca. 9 Stunden. Die verbleibende Zeit ist für die Abholung und die Fahrtzeit zwischen den Attraktionen vorgesehen.
- Die Tour beinhaltet eine Menge Spaziergänge im Freien. Wir empfehlen das Tragen von Turnschuhen oder bequemen Schuhen. Bitte halten Sie für den Fall von schlechtem Wetter Regenkleidung bereit.

Good all day tour of Tokyo. Morning tour guide, Kumikko, and afternoon guide, Yuko, we’re both very good. Lunch was OK and afternoon river cruise was not the best. Last minute change in boat type (by the boat operator) was main reason.

For English speakers the guides have strong Japanise accents. Sometimes difficult to understand. The sights were amazing. .

Recommend this day tour of Tokyo. Our guide, Yuko (in the morning), is to be congratulated for her very helpful and thorough information and explanations about Tokyo, Japan and the sites we visited. She even provided quite a few visual aids. Much appreciated and made the tour more interesting and enjoyable. This tour covers a lot of different neighborhoods and sites in Tokyo, so it's a good overview and helpful for considering where you might want to come back to visit later. It includes a good lunch in Ginza and a fun river boat ride. One of the final site visits is the big Buddhist Temple which is featured on nearly every travel blog about Tokyo. A mass of humanity there; hard to really see the temple. I could have done without it but realize that many tourists want to see this. The old Shinto Shrine visited in the morning is much, much nicer to see due to the larger grounds. Overall, though, a very good and worthwhile experience.

Yuki was our tour guide and she was fantastic! She met us at our hotel and took us in a taxi to meet the main group as our hotel was quite far away from the meeting point. The tour was informative and interesting and didn’t feel rushed. Yuki was very patient and answered all our questions. We covered a lot of ground which was great as we hadn’t been to Tokyo before. We didn’t have lunch and found a fabulous restaurant nearby. This was a great tour as an introduction to Tokyo - would recommend

The experience was very fulfilling although some time to look up the knives and kitchen ware would've been great. It is advised not to take this tour the day before you leave Tokyo because there is a lot to absorb. We got to see a Japanese wedding at the Meiji Shinto shrine. Yuki imparted lot of information and her vibrant energy sent out good vibes.
