Dieser Ausflug beinhaltet eine mehrtägige Reiseroute, die Sie mit Orten von besonderem Naturwert innerhalb des Ätna-Nationalparkreservats bis zu einer Höhe von etwa 2000 Metern vertraut macht und Ihnen ermöglicht, diese zu schätzen. Dank der Erfahrung unserer Mitarbeiter werden Sie an Bord unserer Geländewagen ein interessantes und unterhaltsames Erlebnis haben. Ausgehend von den Lavaströmen, die ganze Dörfer bedrohten, besuchen wir die erloschenen Krater und den Aussichtspunkt des majestätischen Valle del Bove. Sie werden eine Lavahöhle besichtigen, ausgestattet mit einem Helm und Höhlenforscherlampen. Die Tour endet mit einer Verkostung sizilianischer Spezialitäten. WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Unser Treffpunkt in Trecastagni a MontataGrande ist mit dem Auto erreichbar. Abholung ist in Catania oder anderen Städten möglich. Reiseverlauf
Die Tour schlängelt sich durch den Besuch verschiedener Attraktionen (mindestens 4): die alten und jüngsten Lavaströme; das Valle del Bove; der Besuch einer Vulkanhöhle mit Lichtern und Helmen; Gehen Sie auf den Seitenkratern auf etwa 2000 Metern.
Panoramastopp im spektakulären Valle del Bove, einem natürlichen Amphitheater, das durch den Zusammenbruch der alten Eruptionszentren des Ätna entstanden ist. Diese Etappe darf nicht von Taormina aus durchgeführt werden. Alternativ können Sie das durch den Ausbruch von 2002 zerstörte Skigebiet Piano Provenzana erreichen.
Besuchen Sie diese oder eine ähnliche Höhle mit Beleuchtung und Höhlenforscherhelm, um das faszinierende Phänomen der Entstehung von Lavaröhren zu verstehen. Die Guides helfen Ihnen an diesem faszinierenden natürlichen Ort, in die Mäander des Vulkans hinabzusteigen.
Verkostung all'agricoltour MontataGrande mit Verkostung von Ätna- und sizilianischen Spezialitäten (Wein, Liköre, Öl, Honig aus Zafferana, süße Cremes, salziges Pesto, Pistazien aus Bronte usw.). Diese Etappe findet mit Sicherheit nur ab den Treffpunkten Catania oder MontataGrande statt, vorbehaltlich der Verfügbarkeit des Ortes.

Wonderful experience. Our guides were so knowledgeable and accommodating for the children and older adults in our group. Our stops on the tour were interesting, engaging and filled with cultural information as well as education of the volcano’s geology itself. If you want to explore Etna and what this volcano truly means to the Sicilian people, do not hesitate to book! A great time had by all!

We had a great experience on this Mt. Etna tour. Luca was an excellent guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting information about Mt. Etna and the surrounding area. He was also incredibly helpful when I climbed to one of the craters, making the experience much easier and more enjoyable. His guidance and encouragement were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Luca as your guide!
It’s not often that you come across a tour guide as knowledgeable and genuinely engaging as Ciccia. We considered a few other tours, but we’re so glad we chose this one. Being in a small group (we got lucky it was just our family) made a huge difference—we were able to ask questions freely and really hear and absorb the answers. Ciccia’s knowledge of Mount Etna and its history was incredible, and it was clear how passionate he is about what he does. He was kind, welcoming, and truly appreciative of us being there, which made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Don’t fall for the cheaper big group tours, this is 100% worth it!!
Francesco was an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide about all things Mama Etna. This trip was amazing from the hike to the craters, the inside of the lava tube, and the jeep ride to the lava flow. The tastings and our lunch were an added bonus! This was a highlight of our travels.
Great experience with Oracio, who spoke very good French; he was able to explain the history of Etna well and answered our questions with a touch of humor. We saw the Valley of the Bull, visited a volcanic cave, and climbed a crater. To top it all off, a tasting of various farm products (pistachio/hazelnut creams, flavored oils, chocolate, pestos, liqueurs, etc.) beautifully concluded this visit. Thank you, it was fantastic!
Must-do if you visit Catania! We truly enjoyed out trip to Etna. Our guide Ciccio was amazing and super fun, full of sooo many stories, we learned so much about Mama Etna. Our 5 year-old daughter loved the experience - from climbing Etna, and the lava cave to the 4x4 off-road trip and delicious farm food.
