Booked based on the ad in Viator, expected a private car but instead got a taxi. The issue(s) were that the cost of getting a taxi outside the airport are half the price so why pay more to get the same type of ride? Additionally, I gave my arrival time and updated driver from the plane yet I still had to chase him and wait for 20 minutes.

An okay experience, we got to our hotel. The driver stopped on the highway when he missed the turn, and seemed to take a minute before deciding that reversing was not an option.

My driver was nice. The car was clean. However, if you get a taxi, it is half the cost. I paid for a service, to have the company watch my flight, and be ready for me. My flight landed, I went through passport control and got my luggage. I had to contact them. They had not been watching my flight. It now took them an hour to get to me. It would have been faster and cheaper if I got a taxi. The extra amount I paid for the service was not provided. I can't recommend this company.

Tirana airport arrivals is very busy with taxi pickups. Booking in advance saved us a lot of hassle and our driver contacted us via WhatsApp before our arrival and after our arrival to ensure we found the right location for pickup. He was also friendly and knowledgeable about Albania and we enjoyed the transfer.

Our driver did an outstanding job in the face of very heavy traffic due to rush hour, construction, and at least two accidents. While the ride took longer than expected, our driver remained calm and careful.

The driver was late picking us up, but he was very nice and helpful once he arrived. He took our bags to his vehicle and was helpful. He didn’t speak English but was friendly and he helped me out of the car as I walk with a can. He brought our bags into the hotel, shook hands and left with a thank you and a smile!

Excellent pick up from Tirana Airport by an excellent driver! I booked a 2:00 am pick up from Tirana Airport but immigration and baggage was so fast. I was at the arrival exit by 1:30 am and the driver was already waiting for me holding a piece of paper with my name. The drive was so smooth and I arrived at my hotel safe within 25-30 mins. I highly recommend this company for your late night/early morning pick-up from the airport.

Driver turned up half an hour late after I phoned the company. Company just gave me the driver’s number and then left me to sort it out. Traffic wasn’t so bad so that wasn’t an excuse. The driver didn’t know my hotel even though it’s on Skanderbeg Square. I had to find it for him on his phone. Use another company!

Terrible traffic jam from the airport to the center of Tirana... but the driver was very professional, drove safely, and tried to make the trip enjoyable for me. Also very reliable for return trip to airport.
