Wir arbeiten nur mit speziellen, lokalen belgischen Bieren, und Sie können so viele Brüsseler Waffeln machen, wie Sie möchten. Der Gastgeber wird Sie über verschiedene Waffelarten, den Herstellungsprozess von Bier, warum Bier und Waffeln gut zusammenarbeiten und vieles mehr informieren. Neben dem Bier bieten wir auch andere traditionelle belgische Zutaten und Toppings für die Brüsseler Waffeln (wie Cassonnade und Speculoos-Aufstrich). Sie werden diesen Workshop mit vollem Magen, warmem Herzen und gestillter Neugier verlassen.

This workshop is the best of both worlds, beer and waffles! You satisfy your tipsy cravings with a waffle that also has beer inside. The waffles were really good and a large variety of toppings was offered. Our host Titch was very knowledgeable about the different beers offered and explained to us how they are made and so... learned a lot about waffles too.
I went there for my birthday because I wanted to make my own sweet treat for that special day. My friend and I had so much fun: the explanations were clear and super useful, with loads of tips to do more waffles at home. Best thing? You can eat the waffles you made at the end ! Just make sure you don't over eat before the workshop haha
