Timanfaya Abenderlebnis und Vulkan-Abendessen

The experience was very good; we went as a family with children, and they had a great time. The guide, Cristina, was very good and kind; she explained everything phenomenally, a 10!!! The dinner was very varied, and they teach you a lot of things that you wouldn't see if you go on your own. Highly recommended!!!!

Our Tour guide from Wales was funny, engaging and gave lots of history about the Timanfya! (Also did good with the German translation) The food cooked by the heat from the volcano was really tasty and came with some breathtaking Sunset Views. (Did not appeal to my party but there was also a vegetarian option)

Very beautiful experience accompanied by a superb guide "Jack" and the professional driver "Isaac." The site is splendid, the restaurant is well located, and the meal is pleasant while being accompanied by a splendid sunset. Some bus passages are stressful considering the layout of the places.

The volcanic environment was fascinating and breathtaking. The drive through was hair raising. The restaurant was architecturally interesting and the spectacle of showing off the heat of the volcano was very interesting. What wasn’t good was that there was an hour long pick up process all through Playa Blanca which we then repeated at the end of the night. All other tours I have been on always reverse the order on the return journey so those people collected first are dropped off first so everyone shares equally the time spent picking up and dropping off. The other thing that was disappointing was the food at the restaurant. There wasn’t anything wrong as such, but it was very basic food, there was no real culinary flair. They rely on the spectacle of it being cooked on the volcano (which is cool!) but it could be so much better cuisine. For the money spent I expected better.

We were unsure about going on this for a number of reasons, but we're so glad we did. The pick up was straightforward. There were toilets offered at several points - this was something I'd worried about but I really didn't need to. Toilets were available at one point during the pick up, when we first arrived (before the coach tour) and at any point before we left. The demonstrations were great and the restaurant was lovely. We were seated with another English couple, who were lovely. The food was relatively basic, but for us it wasn't about the food. There was loads of time to wander and take photos and it wasn't at all crowded. The experience is so unique that our hotel hadn't even heard you could do it! The roads were a bit windy in places, but it never felt unsafe. And our guide was phenomenal! A lady - I'm not sure how you spell her name, but she said it like Niel? She didn't give a time limit in the restaurant - she just said 'we'll know when everyone's ready' and we did - people finished food around the same time, went out and took some pics, then we all left. All in all, we were so pleased we went and thought it was a once in a lifetime experience.

The Timanfaya is unique and spectacular. The route and the explanations of the Jack guide have been exhaustive and alismo time enjoyable. It was so worth it that I put five stars on it even though the dinner wasn't good

Honestly such a great Tour! It feels really special to be there after hours and see some things that normal tours throughout the day wouldn't see. The dinner was lovely, although you are sat with other people if you are in a group of less than four. The food was great and the servers where very attentive. The guides and bus drivers where absolutely amazing. It is a pricier experience but it was really worth it!

A unique experience, with our guide „Belgian Jack“. A natural site, where you can admire the facts of nature and its power, as well as a breathtaking view. Followed by a cooked meal on the volcano heat was very good and well served.
