I ordered and paid 58 euros + exchange fees by the activity provider: THINGS TO DO IN FZCO for a cute girl ticket at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. I received an email saying "this is your voucher and not a valid ticket"" Important: you will receive the entry ticket in the second email within 24 hours before the travel date". Only I never received a second email despite 2 requests on visiteuropatoday1@gmail.com and we were turned away at the Louis Vuitton Foundation. After waiting in line and repaying 32 euros we were finally able to visit the exhibition. I trusted the TROPADVISOR website and I regret it.
A great building, for architects a must. unfortunately we could not download our paid tickets from Tripadvisor and had to buy tickets again on site, with queuing....

A magnificent visit in an exceptional setting and with very rich and beautiful exhibitions. However, it is unfortunate that the shuttle service does not start until around 11am.
Magnificent experience in a superb building and with exceptional exhibitions. The only regret is that the shuttle service doesn't actually start until 11 a.m. when we thought it started at 9:30 a.m. We weren't the only ones waiting.
Magnificent achievement which highlights the talents of the designers and reveals through the various presentations all the riches of the artists whose works are exhibited. The only regret is that we had to wait until 11 a.m. for the foundation bus to finally arrive to take us there.
Do not buy through this company. Extremely poor customer service. We tried calling and emailing. They forgot to originally send the tickets and then sent them too late in the day so we were unable to use the ticket. But they reuse to refund us. You can also buy tickets at the door for 1/3 of the price. RIP OFF!!!!

Terrible service!! I bought the tickets, they never sent them to me and an hour before the visit they canceled the purchase. I tried to search for a thousand ways to contact Tripadvisor but there is no way
Terrible, got in late from airport on arrival day and missed this and Viator wouldn’t let me rearrange for a different day, had to pay full price and didn’t get to go
The trip advisor was terrible!! I didn't get my ticket until today, I was talking to the box office boy and he, sorry for me, and because I was alone, gave me the ticket!! A very big disorganization of you with this story of sending 2 emails!! Pq don't send the ticket anymore?? OH, BAD!! Very upset for being correct and making my tour with prior organization and not being taken care of by you
