We took the vegetarian Old Delhi food tour with my two kids (aged 16 and 14), and it couldn't have been a better decision. For anyone who has just arrived in India, diving into the street food stalls can feel a bit intimidating at first, but with Sonali, that hesitation and fear of trying new things completely disappear. The best part of the tour wasn't just the food—which was delicious and carefully chosen—but the chance to explore on foot the alleys, hidden spots, and markets of Old Delhi that we would have never ventured into on our own. Sonali doesn't just guide you to eat; she explained the history, the local traditions of each area we walked through, and the culture. The visit to the spice market was simply memorable. If you love food, are curious about India, but are holding back because of the initial culture shock or because you're traveling as a family, don't hesitate. Sonali makes the experience feel safe, deeply interesting, and thoroughly enjoyable. I'll definitely do it again on my next trip to Delhi!

A fantastic tour with the best tour guide i would recommend 💯

A rainy day in the Delhi monsoon season wasn’t enough to stop this tour from being an incredible experience. Sonali was a knowledgeable guide and we had tons of fun walking through the tight streets of Old Delhi, between ~12 spots each with incredible food. Make sure you come hungry! Sonali made the tour feel personal and engaging, and the ~4-5 hour tour flew by. By the end I was filled with the best lassi I’ve ever had, incredible kulfi and other sweets, and mouth watering savory treats. And the tour is crowned off with the best butter chicken you will may ever taste. In addition to the food, Sonali shared history of the area. I would absolutely do this tour again if I were back in Delhi. It was the perfect activity for my short one day stay, and has encouraged me to return.

We (Rob and Joe) had an amazing food tour with Parul. We felt really comfortable and she looked after us very well. We felt safe in the chaotic streets of Old Delhi. The food was really different and great to try. We really enjoyed exploring by foot and also by Auto put puts. Parul sorted everything and she was so informative on origins and history. We visited the wholesale spice market as well as the general retail spice shops which seem to extend on and on. We enjoyed it all. Thank you very much Parul!

Sonali was the best guide - helpful, professional, warm, welcoming, informative. The food was varied, interesting and tasty and we truly enjoyed this tour. We also didn't feel rushed or urged to purchase anything. This tour is probably the safest and best way for foreigners to experience authentic street food in India without stomach issues.

A very immersive and real tour. Parul is charming, in addition to showing us real places she has also told us and taught us part of the traditions of this city and its most authentic part.
