We were fortunate to get Lloyd who was a Very engaging tour operator. He knew something about everything all the way from Darwin to the crocodile experience. Jake on the boat knew his crocodiles by name and clearly loves his work. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide Lloyd was great he told us many fascinating stories about the aboriginal culture and the stop off at the wetlands was fantastic. Jake was a real life croc wrangler!!
Great service by Lloyd and Jake. Fully enjoyed the tour
Good company. Good boat. Good bus. Good guide. Good and big crocodiles. We likes everything. Thank you.
Thanks Jake and Lloyd!! Really knowledgable about all the local wildlife (not just the crocs!). Aircon bus and prioritised safety! Got some great close encounters with the crocs.
It was an amazing experience! Lloyd was very informative about the whole experience & Jake was great on the boat. We saw so many crocs jumping & just swimming!
Really fun tour, our guide Lloyd was very friendly and really knowledgeable. The boat ride was great, it was amazing how up close we got to the crocs, our captain Sean was great. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel pick up was extremely convenient. Our hotel wasn’t on the list, but if you’re staying in the city there will be one very close by (ours was a 2 minute walk). Our guide, Lloyd, was super informative and gave excellent insights and information about wildlife, life in Darwin, history, etc. At the river, the boat operator, Jake, was awesome. Very confident speaker, knowledgeable and had a great eye for crocs. Would highly recommend this tour!
We did the half-day jumping croc tour with Lloyd and our boat captain, Jake, and had a fantastic time. Lloyd was a great tour guide and made the drive an entertaining journey, even pulling over and hopping out to show us a huge orb spider he spotted in the trees. We honestly weren't sure what to expect going in, but it was far from a circus act. It felt very natural, seeing these massive creatures fed right in their own habitat. Croc jumps aren't guaranteed, but we lucked out immediately with Dominator lurking right across the bank from the boat launch. Jake was brilliant. He explained how they determine the crocs' age, how the different crocs' territories work in one stretch of river, and how they ensure they don't overfeed them. You can tell they have a genuine respect for these animals and know them inside out. A brilliant, safe and easy half-day trip that got us very close to the action. Highly recommend!
Highly recommend this tour. Driver Lloyd and Captain Jake were great entertainment. Love a good dad joke and people who are brutally honest. You guys made us laugh even when it was at the expense of others. 🤭🤣
