Mario and Rodrigo led our tour to Teotihuacán. They made it super easy, fun and informative. On the way there we talked about what we were going to see, and once at the archeological site, Mario taught us a lot about the different civilizations that lived in Mexico. He answered all of our questions and made the drop off back in Mexico City very easy. 10/10 would recommend!
An excellent morning excursion to Teotihuacán with a good balance of guided tour (2 hours ) and free exploration (1 hour). Our two guides (Ruben and Yair) were helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. By splitting our party into two, they were able to conduct one tour wholly in English and another in Spanish, so no wasted time with double translation. They took care to ensure historical information being presented was fact checked back to the archaeological source. Pick up was trouble free and our driver Omar got us there and back safely through the city traffic in the air conditioned coach.
Amazing trip!! The guides Ruben an Yair are amazing, the driver Omar got us there quickly and safely which let us spend more time in the ruins. The guides give you an in depth explanation of the history and allow you to also explore some parts by yourself. You get a lot more than what you pay for honestly. A full tour with less crowds. This is best trip for those looking to skip the tourist traps and who are interested in the history of Teotihuacan. 10/10 trip.
Definitely recommend this one! Ruben went into detail about the history of this place. And answered any questions. There wasn’t tourist traps. Which kept you engaged with the the tour. 10/10!!
I was disappointed with this tour. Although we left about an hour later than scheduled, the tour itself was not shortened, and we still received the full experience. However, the late departure affected the rest of our plans for the day. The biggest issue occurred on the return trip when the bus broke down. What was supposed to be a six hour tour turned into an eight hour experience, causing us to miss other activities we had planned. Communication from the tour company during the breakdown was poor. We received very little information, and once we were told the bus could not be repaired, there was no clear plan or estimated time for a replacement bus. We were essentially left to figure things out on our own, despite being about 30 minutes outside the city and not at our intended drop off location. As a result, we had to pay for an Uber to get back, which added unexpected expense and further delayed our return. While I understand that mechanical issues can happen, I expected much better communication and a clear plan to get passengers back safely and promptly. Overall, the experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.
We are sorry that this situation affected your experience. However, we would like to clarify a few important points. Throughout the incident, our staff kept passengers informed and provided instructions at all times regarding the situation and the available options. Although the mechanical failure was completely unforeseen, our team acted immediately to coordinate a solution. All passengers were given the option to wait for the replacement vehicle, which had already been requested. Some guests chose, on their own initiative, to leave using alternative transportation. This was a personal decision and not a direction from our company. It is also important to note that, despite the delayed departure, the tour at Teotihuacan was completed in full, and guests received the complete experience included in their booking. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control and appreciate your understanding.
Tour was good, the timing was terrible. Started at 7:20, we did not get on the bus until 7:45, stopped for 20 minutes at another location. Then left finally to do the tour. We had an issue with the bus, we ran well over also two hours over the tour. Our tour guide was great but the bus and timing was poorly done, a 6 hour experience went into 8 hours.

Jair is a very experienced guide and he’s able to walk you through the history of Teotihuacan in the three hours you’re on site. You never feel rushed and there is plenty of time to wander as well and I had a great time whilst we were there. The bus is air conditioned and well maintained.

Pyramids as expected. It's a shame there isn't a single place to buy food. We arrived late, not realizing that the departure location was different from the arrival one, but they were kind and waited for us.
