Teneriffa: Wal- und Delfinbeobachtung

The two members of staff on the boat - Maria and the captain - were both fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful! The listing didn’t mention that we would be stopping for a swim (so we didn’t pack swimwear) and it also didn’t say that they would provide some food (so we didn’t provide dietary needs and therefore were unable to eat!) Despite this it was a great morning seeing whales and dolphins.

We had a great time, it was a beautiful excursion, and we were treated very well, especially by the attentive and detail-oriented captain. I totally recommend it.

The best day of the vacation, spectacular excursion, we saw a lot of whales and dolphins. Culminated with a swim at a beautiful beach. Special mention to the attention received from the crew and the captain. We totally recommend it

Would have given 5 but captain was vary rude to customers and was on his phone all the time so think he is only inerested in the money as I have found out he is the owner. BUT I MUST SAY THE YOUNG LADY ON THE BOAT CALLED V'LADKA WAS VERY PLEASANT VERY HELPFUL HOPEFULLY SHE GET PAID WELL ASSET TO THE COMPANY FOOD WAS GOOD AND SEEING THE MARINE LIFE WAS ENJOYABLE WOULD REMAND DOING THIS TRIP IF YOU CAN ENSURE ITS NOT THE BOSS !!

This was an excellent trip the whole family enjoyed. We arrived at the docks and were shown quickly to a small well maintained boat. We were seated and quickly on our way to see a large family of whales, then, returning close to the shore there was an opportunity to swim (we decided not to), food and drink before we made the trip back to the docks. Overall the trip lasted around 3 hours. The hosts were excellent. Explaining everything clearly, having a good laugh with the guests (this experience is a smaller more personalised group) and looked after us well. We did unfortunately pick a day where the sea was a little rough. Everyone was fine for the journey out but we quickly succumbed to sea sickness one by one. The hosts were great and looked after us really well. Seeing the whales swimming close to the boat was special! If I was change anything I would change the day we went for calmer seas but this isn't the fault of the trip organisers. In fact they had checked the weather and contacted us to ask we came earlier as winds were due to pick up later in the day. Also worth noting that for safety reasons when out at sea it's not possible to walk around the boat. This is really sensible, but it does mean moving around to get better pictures is not easy. Once near the shore where seas were calmer they did allow guests to go around the boat including sitting out front deck to get pictures. We came away despite sea sickness really pleased we did this experience and I'd definitely recommend this due to the small group size which gives a more personal experience and better view of the whales

Good communication and no problem finding meeting point. Great, kind and helpful crew: unfortunately the water was pretty choppy and both my partner and I had seasickness so unable to fully enjoy the experience. Didn’t visit the bay for a swim and couldn’t eat lunch which looked very nice managed to see a couple of dolphins. Thank you

Excellent and really worthwhile trip and we saw many dolphins. We would strongly recommend. The sea was not too calm so not so good for seasickness. Very helpful team.

We've been to Costa Adeje twice previously, each time we've visited we have been on a whale-seeking boat trip. Today's trip was the best we have experienced. We were very fortunate that there were lots of Atlantic spotted dolphins in the water, but also the trip itself was very relaxed and the operator wasn't trying to cram people onto the boat. We also saw some huge male pilot whales, we'd only seen females and their young on previous trips. The staff were really friendly, informative and helpful and couldn't do enough for the passengers. So thanks for a great trip and we'll book with this operator again next year.

Our tour was cancelled at the time we were supposed to go out. The guides said it would be too windy. I wished they would have checked the weather forecast earlier and call us an hour beforehand. This way we came all the way from the North, searched half an hour for a parking spot and then heard that our tour would be cancelled and we would get the refund within the next 3-5 days.
