Our booking was rescheduled but it was still very good experience the tour guide was very chatty knowledgeable and friendly. The views are amazing good experience of driving buggies overall would really recommend to give it a go. Just note it will be very cold so make sure to dress up warm

Guide of French origin, speaking Spanish and English, very friendly. Free provision of jacket, gloves and protective glasses for the ride. Guides take the time to explain to each passenger how the buggy works, all with patience and kindness. Break at the foot of the volcano to give us time to admire the view and take pictures. The guide also takes pictures with his device and sends you the link by SMS so you can download them for free. Very secure exit, very professional guide, I highly recommend them. At the end of the walk, small snack always available free of charge with sandwich, chips, beer, white wine, soft... with very friendly discussion.

We had made a first top trip to your house, but this time it was the disaster. The reception of the guide was really good, but most importantly, the activity did not match at all what is sold. The excursion was supposed to last 3 hours, but we only drove 2 hours in total. The worst part is that the off-road or off-road game (which is why we came!) lasted only 15 minutes maximum. The rest was paved road. Frankly, not the adventure I promised. Even the tasting was not up to standard: the guide did not even know the name of the wine he served us. Zero professionalism. We have submitted a formal complaint because the service is not in accordance with the price paid. You are advised to seriously review the content of this activity. Too bad!

It was a good experience, very nice guys.. I was with my girlfriend and we enjoyed the tour.. Next time I'll go for sunset.

Just completed a guided buggy tour in Tenerife, and it was fantastic! The off-road section was the highlight, it was rugged, exciting, and full of stunning views (even the bits in the clouds!). Our guide was knowledgeable and made the experience fun and safe. The route showcased Tenerife’s diverse landscapes. Highly recommend this tour! 5 stars! Oh and take the jackets!!

Mixed review , we had a very Good Welcoming , they picked us up from the hotel it's perfect! On the other hand, we did a lot of road and little ground!! We stop at viewpoints including EL TANQUE and another in a restaurant. Two return trips on the ground , we would have liked more ground, only 1/2 h and less road!! we left at 10h (40 minutes of roads with a stop) and back at 14h30. The photos are sold for 25 € . a small snack was waiting for us. It's still 100€ /persons!

Good where to start... first we were an hour away and they have wasted our time 1:30 late when we are on vacation, from 3 hours excursion 2:30 to road with traffic that you can do perfectly renting a car, the name of safari will be from the asphalt safari. My friend has had a road traffic accident that hasn’t been run over. When the “excursion” ends “safari” we are told that we have to pay for the 3 things that have been broken and at no time have they imported from the health of our friend who is with her head open they tell us that we have to pay for the damages when a rental company has to have the insurance at full risk by law as we were not happy to pay we talk to the “supervisor” who is a poorly educated, rude and unpresentable , he starts insulting and calling us thieves and at no time they have told us anything about going to the doctor or anything, of course all they want is that we pay and that they do not give part with their insurance so that they do not raise it and my friend with her head open. CONCLUSION IF YOU WANT TO GO STAKE YOUR LIFE AND BE TAKEN FOR A FOOL AND INSULTED THIS IS YOUR PLACE! And why aren't there 0 stars otherwise...

Super fun time and would recommend to anyone. The off-roading was easily the best part and I wish it was much longer!!! Driving through Teide was amazing as well. Very easy to follow the guide - never felt unsafe. We switched off drivers so we each could have a turn and it was plenty. When you first pull up, the garage is a bit dirty and off putting, but don’t let that bother you. You’re only there for a few minutes for a safety briefing and then you’re gone. The driving was awesome!!! Don’t miss this. We went in December - definitely recommend Pants and sweatshirts and gloves and hat and scarf. They do have jackets and pants and gloves available for free to borrow.
