Not sure what happened this time as I’ve used this service three times before without issue. Pickup time came and went and no pickup. After some back and forth with them, the driver was somewhere (the address they had and verified was correct), but they were not at the correct address. To make matters worse, the phone number they tried to what’s app call was not the number I entered when booking. Unfortunately for me, it was raining and taxi’s were non existent. Fortunately for me, I was able to get a neighbor to give me a ride to the airport and my flight was an hour late.

Our driver arrived at the pickup address shown on the reservation at the scheduled date and time and waited at the location for approximately 30 minutes. We have GPS logs for the vehicle that confirm this, and we shared these records with you. 2. We attempted to contact you using the same and only phone number that appears on the booking confirmation. That number is still visible on the reservation today, and it is the number the driver and our office used for calls and messages. We also shared screenshots of the call logs with you. 3. We also sent messages through the TripAdvisor/Viator message system while actively looking for you. 4. Our service includes a 24/7 emergency line for immediate assistance. Unfortunately, we did not receive any call, which is usually the fastest way to locate the driver in real time and resolve a pickup issue within minutes. We take every missed pickup claim seriously, and we are happy to review this again with you and provide the relevant logs. Please contact us directly with your booking reference so we can assist and close this properly. Thank you.
Issac was a great driver. We were traveling from Tel Aviv to Eilat. I asked to stop and get a Coke Zero and he immediately took care of it for me. He was kind and answered our questions on different towns and mountain ranges. He was considerate on music and recognized when we wanted to take a few pics of the Negev Desert range and stopped to make sure we got a good picture. He was a complete professional in every since!

We used Viator to book an airport transfer in Tel Aviv. The agent I spoke with was professional and very helpful. The car was waiting for us at the scheduled time and was immaculate. The driver was excellent. He helped us with our luggage and got us to the airport quickly.
