Reiseverlauf

I recommend this trip both by the driver Octavio, who drives 10 along these roads, and by the guide who does not miss anything without explaining. Even the restaurant they recommend to eat is great.
Worth seeing destinations of the trip, but you can not go on your own exploration, unfortunately there is not enough time at the stops. Good bus trip in the full bus, who is picked up last has no window seat.
Rosa was a very nice guide. Our driver was very skillful in driving the mountainous roads in masca valley. Good itinerary planning.
We’ll organise trip rosa our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable.Different parts of the island was very nice to see all completely different I would highly recommend the trip.
Nice excursion except... Unfortunately, the organization leaves something to be desired. Indeed, we had booked Wednesday, November 12 because the guide spoke in French that day. Except the day before, we were warned that the excursion was in English, Spanish and German! We had arranged for the other days so it was impossible to change the date... In addition, bad organization regarding the meeting point for the bus. Eliazar told us that it was at the corner of the MWR shop at 8:10 and not 8:30 as planned! (Meeting point which was 15 minutes walk from our hotel), except that no bus at 8:10 am... At 8:20, I contacted by phone the company AJ Servitur who, I suppose, to phone the bus driver, who made a small detour to pick us up (thanks to him). Very cold welcome from Sandra the guide, to whom I made read Eliazar's email regarding this planned meeting point. But on the way back, at our hotel stop, the Sandra guide showed us where we should wait in the morning, except that no MWR Shop there!!! Following this, we had requested a partial refund by email via VIATOR, which was denied to us. Normal, we are only French tourists and therefore not potentially usual customers and to retain!!!
Beautiful blue skies met us on our wonderful views of the well known attractions of the area. Well worth the fee! Great lunch stop with table service and a varied menu. Bring a snack unless you are accustomed to lunch at 2pm. Exceptional tour guide who gave the tour information in both English and German. Bus driver was amazing navigating the winding roads on steep grades. Felt very safe with his driving. He was able to help a stranded motorist who happened to be blocking a curve. After reserving the tour, I was sent directions on where my family needed to meet the bus. We took a "test" walk the day before. Unfortunately, the directions were very poor. The hotel (not ours) listed as being the stop had no idea what we were talking about. Wandered around a little more but the additional business listed on the directions no longer existed. Finally, after knocking on another business door, they were able to point us in the right direction. We would have missed an excellent tour had we not done the "test" walk. The next day four tour busses appeared at the bus stop. Each had a guide whose tour was directed to specific language/s. Be cautious about hopping on the first bus that arrives without checking in with the guide.
It is a nice trip to see the mountains and volcano. The stops are short and could be a little longer if they made the lunch stop shivered as this 1hour 15!mins and not until 2pm but overall a good experience
Wonderfull field trip, worth attending. You see most of the westers coast on Tenerife, and have plentiful time during the stops for pics or a quick bite. Our guide Luisa explained everything from the vulcanic formations, to the vegetations, the early settlements, but also telling us peculiar facts, like where they shot the fast and furious 6 and showed us where the infamous Abama resort is. Do recommend though to have an easy breakfast on that morning-the roads can get a bit curvy and the traffic a bit chaotic.
Great communication work by Luisa in Spanish and French. Broad knowledge transmitted. The expertise behind the wheel of our driver Carlos is priceless. Thank you both for your work. Good organization
Wonderful trip, great guide, brilliant driver, and fantastic scenery. Would love to go again. The restaurant (for lunch) was a little confusing, but lovely food while there
