Die Sancha Tea Boutique wurde 1981 von Teemeister Sanjay Kapur in Delhi gegründet und vom Premierminister und vom Büro des Präsidenten ausgewählt, um Tee auszuwählen, der Indien bei seinen Besuchen in Übersee geschenkt werden soll. Heute hat es 10 Filialen in ganz Indien. Bei Sancha kann man den Unterschied zwischen grünem, weißem, Oolong- und schwarzem Tee verstehen. Man kann etwas über die 5 berühmten Teeanbaugebiete Indiens lernen. Lernen und schmecken Sie die verschiedenen Jahreszeiten des Darjeeling-Tees. Indien stellt den weltbesten schwarzen Tee und den einzigartigen weißen Tee und Masala Chai her. Tee ist Indiens berühmtestes Produkt und ein Geschenk an die Welt.

What an amazing experience! We were treated to an array of teas from across India’s 5 tea producing regions, and then provided with samples of choice from across the shop’s astonishing range! Our sommelier was unbelievably knowledgable and throughly engaging throughout. Highly reccommended activity for kids and adults alike!
We walked into San-Cha Tea Parlor for an unmatched experience. We were greeted and lead to a seating area to savor a tasting of different teas from the 5 tea areas of India and Masalas. We learned the huge difference the seasons will do to the Darjeeling variety. Quite an unexpected treat

Amazing! We loved learning about the regions and trying tons of types of tea. It was such a special treat. The kids loved the experience too. Plus, the store is so charming.
The tea tasting was awesome! The shopkeeper explained the origins and manufacturing processes of the teas as we were tasting them, and pointed out the notes in the teas in great detail. We learnt so much about tea during the tasting. It was a quiet, relaxing respite from all the busy tours we were doing on our trip. They didn't do any hard selling, and we were so happy to buy some tins of chai after. The ambiance in the shop was great as well!

Best tea tasting in town! Starting with a lavender tea as a welcome present. We also has the opportunity to taste around 10 different teas in the shop, which definitely helped us to make a decision. People working there are very kind and the shop is beautiful itself. Worth the visit.
