When we originally read other reviews, there were only one negative star review about driver not responding/confirming reso and figured it was a one off, decided to give it a chance. However, as our travel day was 2days out, I didn’t hear anything from the provider so I reached out to ask for the driver info and provided our flight info. Even through our flight connection was checking the Viator app, messaged via Whatapp and called numerous times but to no response. When we checked the reviews again, we saw one within this month that the same thing happened, so we weren’t holding our breath when we didn’t see the person at the airport. We ended up booking a taxi upon arrival as our flight was super early in the morning (at the taxi counter), they were less expensive than this service and very efficient. Regardless, I do NOT recommend this provider - Gotouzbekistan.

I provided flight details when I booked weeks ago. They didn't acknowledge so I contacted Viator last week who also provided our flight details. A few hours before we landed they whatssaped asking for flight details that I provided again. We landed at 11.15 and no sign of anyone with my name. Others yes, not mine. I messaged, no response. I tried calling twice no answer. So we had to get a taxi. At 12.30 he messaged saying he was at the airport. Too late. Not a trustworthy service. I even have a video as I walked through to prove nobody was waiting with my name.

His warm welcome and courteous demeanor immediately put me at ease after a long journey. Driver a few minutes late picking us up from our Taskentt City area hotel for airport pick up. Owner was communicating we'll with us.

A little late picking us up at the domestic airport but owner communicated with us prior to our arrival. Owner came with the driver to pick us up.

Easy to get a hold of via WhatsApp and smooth ride to hotel from airport

We were so disappointed with this. We thought there would be someone waiting with our names on a sign and we'd be directly driven to our hotel. Nope. Several texts had to go back and forth to find the person sent to get us. (There was no sign with our names.) Then, he literally walked us across the street and ordered us a Yandex (aka: Uber), which we had to wait quite some time for. Our "guide" said, "I told him your hotel" and left. The driver did not speak English. He took us to the wrong hotel. Luckily, the Yandex driver was incredibly kind and helped us get to the right place, but if we had wanted a non-English speaking Yandex driver, we could have done it ourselves for a fraction of the price. No need for this "service" at all. My advice: avoid the back-and-forth texting, walk yourself across the street, and order your own Yandex. It will be faster and much much cheaper.

Exceptional service and great experience. We don’t speak the language and the operator was in constant contact with me until our driver arrived. They were right on time and the prices was great. Really clean and great vehicle. 5 stars! I would definitely recommend. The price was also very good.
